For a qualitative change in the agricultural sector two things need to be implemented. 1. Crop production needs to be planned by Government, planning on the marketability and profitable sale of each crop produce. 2. Area specific crops should only be raised by farmers, this need to be implemented strictly. 3. Seeds should be supplied to farmers by Government itself. 4. Harvested produce should be brought by Government at the farm gate, at a pre fixed rate. 5.Any shortfall in service by implementing agencies should be treated as punishable irregularity. 6. No middlemen, no brokerage and no comission should be allowed at any stage. The above should be implemented forcefully by central government to make agriculture reliable profession.

I am writing to share my thoughts and concerns ,As a concerned citizen, I believe in the importance of open dialogue and active engagement in addressing the challenges we face. Economic Aspects: The economic impact of the ongoing global challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, has been significant. Many individuals and businesses are grappling with financial hardships, and addressing economic recovery should be a top priority. Healthcare facilities: The pandemic has highlighted the need for a more robust healthcare system. Improving access to quality healthcare services, enhancing medical infrastructure, and ensuring a resilient healthcare ecosystem is essential. Education System: The education system, while making strides, still faces challenges in terms of Infrastructure quality, and alignment with the evolving needs of our youth and society. Comprehensive education reforms are needed. Regards Nazir Ahmad Guroo Teacher HS Ushkara District Baramulla

Hon'ble Prime Minister I would like to take your kind attention towards opening of new forensic laboratories equiped to deal with poisoning, anaesthesia detection, drugs or any other kind of contamination in air, food or water by enemies, rivals or radicalised mind. At present human trafficking rackets conspiring intangibly to avoid law by using such illegal tactics. They creates majority to supress victims voice by using political influence or other above mentioned tactics .They collectively deliberately target innocent person and torture him to such a extent where he/she falls in the trap of their conspiracy. Now they can blackmail, extort money or radicalise the victim. So regular checking of air ,water, food quality in institutions like primary schools, colleges, markets or volatile areas etc. Surveillance system needs to be strengthened in schools, colleges, markets etc. Thanks

3) LGBT Community: Transsexual Bhim Singh of class IX, one day had went to school wearing salwar kameez instead of her regular male uniform. As a result, her teachers started looking down on her and her classmates started bullying her. Being mentally hurt and depressed she stopped attending school. It was a Madrashah school, so I along with the help of a headmaster of another school consulted the Madrashah headmaster. The headmaster then himself invited Bhim to attend school with her own choice of uniform . Counseling on mental and sexual health and HIV-testing for third gender persons. Organizing a camp with the district administration to facilitate change of gender in the voter and Aadhaar cards of third gender/transgender persons. A strong and effective District level Committee (DLC) under West Bengal Transgender Development Board (WBTDB) has been formed that started acting as a tremendous asset to both new well-established youth MSM Intervention Program from 2016

Migration Labor: Many people from Murshidabad i.e. West Bengal travel outside India for labor work. They go abroad with the assistance of some local brokers. Brokers generally charge Rs. 1 to 1.5 lakh to go abroad. 90% of migrant workers have improved their standard of living by going abroad. The remaining 10% migrant workers face various difficulties. Some have language issue, owner’s misbehavior, jail, accident, health problems, death etc and passport or visa. We have been trying to support these people who cannot return home. In the period of last 3yrs, we have brought back about 120 migrant workers from Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, Yemen, Oman with the help of the @meaMADAD @HelplinePBSK @IndianEmbRiyadh @CGIJeddah @IndEmbDoha @hcikl @cgidubai @indembkwt @IndiainThailand @vandnasri (accounts from twitter) . Besides, arrangements have been made to bring back the dead bodies of 44 people or bury them there in all over west bengal as well as India.
