Appointment of University Vice-Chancellors should be done by UGC. There is a need for new legal amendments in the appointment of Vice-Chancellors. Even in the leading universities of the country there are maladministration and irregularities. There is constant political interference in the appointment of Vice-Chancellors in Government and Government-aided Universities. All the Central, State and Government-aided Universities in the country are to fill the posts of Vice-Chancellors through All India Examination. At present there is no transparency in the proceedings of the search committee. An all India examination should be conducted by UGC or in the name of the guidelines to identify the eligible candidates. A national level examination is necessary to select university vice-chancellors for the welfare of students, smooth running of university administration and less corruption. It should include aspects such as talent and social justice. The central govt should discuss about it

RTI Act 2005 की धारा ५ के तहत केस के अनुसार केंद्रीय सूचना आयोग की भर्ती होनी चाहिए परन्तु वहा पर फाइल के अनुसार सिर्फ ४ कमिश्नर की नुक्ती की गयी है मैंने अपना केस जुलाई २०२३ में किया था जिसकी सुनवाई सितम्बर २०२४ में हुई वहा सिर्फ ३ मिनट मुझे व विपछ को दिया गया बाद में मैंने जाच किया तो पता चला की १ दिन में कमीशन १०० फाइल देखता है व सुनवाई करता है किसी किसी को १ मिनट का समय दिया जाता है मैक्सिमम ५ मिनट दिया जाता है सुनवाई के नाम पर सिर्फ फाइल रिजेक्ट किया जा रहा है सुना तो विल्कुल नहीं जा रहा है RTI २००५ एक बेहतरीन एक्ट है उसे खत्म न करे आवश्यकता अनुसार कमिश्नर की भरती करे ताकि लोगो को सूचना मिल सके जिससे उन्हें न्याय मिलने में सहूलियत हो भास्ताचार ख़तम हो प्रथम अपील में चुने अधिकारी अपनी रिपोर्ट लगाने से पूर्व अपीलार्थी से पूछ ताछ अवस्य करे वर्त्तमान में वह सिर्फ अपने कर्मचारी से पूछ कर रिपोर्ट लगाते है जिससे भी 2 nd अपील में केस की संख्या बढती जा रही है व लोगो को सुचना नहीं मिल रही है नोट प्रथम अपील के अधिकारियो की ट्रेनिंग की आवश्यकता जय हो जय भारत

Sir my name is Jyoti I took education loan of 2 lakh from kvg bank branch -Uppin Betageri now it is 3 lakh 40 thousand including interest sir,l am not able to repay the loan,I have already spent a lot of money in the hospital due to Due to Gestational hypothyrodism and Hypertension I delivered at 7 months sir and had to stay in hospital for 2 months sir, please sir waive off my education loan me,I was preparing for govt exam but there is no notification so I am unemployed. Now if I try for a job in a private company, they ask for experience please help me sir save our lives
