Dear Sir, Namaste I would like to draw attention to the need for support for working mothers after childbirth. Please consider implementing mandatory on-site childcare facilities in workplaces. This would help women maintain their independence and balance work and family life after having children. Thank you.

There is widespread corruption in sale and purchase of immovable property! Everyone knows this, but we fail to recognise the elephant in the room. It took me over a year to buy a flat on paying all amounts in white money. I also suffered a delay of 2 years in selling a property on receipt of payment in 100% white money. I lost a crore of Rupees by way of interest due to the delay. Suggestions: 1. The fair price fixed by govt. is almost half the market value! This is an absurdity. If the of immovabke property is fixed realistically, corruption will not be there. 2. Raids by ACB/CBI of houses of govt. officials dealing with registration of immovable property must be carried out regularly to weed out corrupt officers in registry offices. 3. Informers of corruption in sale / purchase of immovable property must be rewarded with 50% of the black money involved in the transaction.

A) The Proposal Following line of action is proposed for generating green energy by using the youth power 1) Select a centralized village ,which is at center of few (5 to 6) villages 2) Install a paddle operated generator ,which can be operated by a series of paddles connected to a single operating shaft 3) The youths are given the job of operating these paddles ,in all three shifts, which will generate electrical power 4) The shaft ,having a heavy flywheel can be first started by a DG set, later the shaft is kept rotating by series of paddles operated by village youths 5) Speed regulators can be used to maintain uniform speed of 3000 rpm ( for mainlining the frequency of power as 50) 6) The power so generated can be distributed to all these cluster villages nearby for lighting and pump operations etc 7) A centralized cold storage warehouse can be installed for storing perishable items of farmers. Thus increasing the price/value of food items AMIT DAVE 9769376552

ir, Namaste I am aware that with very noble intentions you have launched this very beneficial PMJAY scheme for many crores of Indian nationals. As a Govt doctor, I know for sure, that if properly implemented, this scheme will save many lives and more importantly reduce a lot of suffering and preventable disability. My suggestion sir is that please constitute a National Healthcare Vigilance and Grievance Redressal Commission under a Secretary or Dy Secretary level officer with adequate staff including carefully selected doctors. Sir, Empaneled Hospitals are not being given a free hand by State Health Authorities to implement this essential scheme and NHA is not strong enough at present to address all concerns and grievances. Some private hospitals indulge in malpractice that can only be unearthed by a professional team that is locally stationed in every metropolis. This NHVGRC would also be empowered to clear roadblocks and expedite approvals for costly treatment procedures
