Good Day Sir Recently the number of stray dogs have increased across the country & lot of incidents of them attacking children, old people & passers by have been reported resulting in grievous injuries, sometimes fatal too. This is because of the sudden increase in unlicensed food stalls who throw their left over meat, fish, chicken which are the main source of food for these stray dogs. In addition the population control measures of sterilising these dogs to prevent their population from increasing has not been meticulously implemented. I kindly request to a) Give guidelines to all Government agencies concerned to strictly enforce proper sterilising of all the stray dogs in their jurisdiction, proper monitoring & follow up of the same. b) Prevent unlicensed, non FSSAI certificate holding food stalls to be opened c) Ensure even the licensed stalls to have proper waste disposal mechanism as per the guidelines of the local Government authorities. So in this trade finance for all Foreign Direct Investors whose end products are sold in India like car gadgets etc should be financed by the same investors so that our Indian bank to finance will finance for less than 50 % as their credit facility to Indian co products. FDI investors should take care of working capital for its products sale of their products. This will reduce NPA our banks. A condition RBI to include in FDI agreement to use trade finance. This will really be safe for decision of insurance for 47% SC money and also FDI cannot take creamy dividends by pushing their products in India using Indian Banks deposits for lending to promote their products. आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री महोदय , आपने भरसक प्रयत्न किये की भारत के किसानों की आये को दोगुना किया जाये , मैं जानना चाहता हूँ की क्या सच में किसानों की आय में बढ़ोतरी हुई है , यदि हुई है तो कितनी? क्या आप परिचित हैं की कृषि उतपाद की बिक्री करने से सीमांत व लघु किसानों को बाजार के परचून भाव का केवल 40 प्रतिशत से भी कम भाग मिल पाता है जिससे उसको खाद, मज़दूरी , वारदाना , पैकिंग, भाड़ा , ब्याज इत्यादि पर खर्चा करना पड़ता है और उसको मेहहनत का दाम नाममात्र मिल पाता है जो बड़ी कठिनाई से अपना परिवार का भरण पोषण कर पाते हैं। क्या किसान उत्पादक संगठन (FPOs ) आपस में एक दूसरे के किसानों की कृषि उपज को अपने क्षेत्रों व साथ लगते शहरों में बेच सकते हैं ? मैं प्रयत्न कर रहा हूँ की किसानों को अपने उत्पाद FPO से FPO के माध्यम से बेचने के लिए एक ऐसा प्लेटफार्त्या तैयार करूँ जो किसानों की शुद्ध आये डेढ़ गुना तक बढ़ाने में कारगर साबित हो सकती हो । इस विषय में आपसे चर्चा करना चाहता हूँ। क्या आप मुझे नवंबर 2024 में किसी भी दिन 10 मिनट का समय देने की कृपा करेँगे ?
