मैं स्नेह सिंह इं प्र अ प्रा.वि.मुजाहिदपुर वि.ख.बावन हरदोई में कार्यरत हूं। मैंने अपने विद्यालय में आंगनबाड़ी में नामांकित बेटियों को उपहार, फल, किताबें और प्रोत्साहन राशि देकर खुशी उत्सव मनाया।इसका उद्देश्य बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ और बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना है।इस अवसर पर माताओं को भी सम्मानित किया गया। खुशी उत्सव के रूप में बेटियों को अनंत खुशी प्राप्त हुई।यह मुहिम निरंतर जारी रहेगी। मेरा सुझाव है कि शिक्षक एक शिक्षक ही नहीं अपितु समाज सुधारक भी है। बेटियां बड़े सौभाग्य से मिलती हैं।

सादर प्रणाम आप स्वस्थ व आनन्द में होंगे ऐसी आशा है ईश्वर की अनुकम्पा से आप निरन्त समाज व राष्ट्र की सेवा में आप अनवरत कार्य कर रहें हैं । वर्तमान में शिक्षा क्षेत्र में कुछ प्रमुख सुधार की आवश्यकता है - महोदय शिक्षा जगत में स्वपोषित योजनाओं के अंतर्गत संचालित महाविद्यालय आज निरन्तर बढ़ते जा रहे हैं परंतु उन महाविद्यालय में शिक्षा नही है क्योंकि वह व्यवसायिक दृष्टि से खोले जा रहे हैं जब उनको मान्यता की आवश्यकता होती तब तो वह लैब, फील्ड आदि दिखा देते हैं परंतु उसके बाद वहां कुछ नही मिलता है यदि लैब है भी तो वह उपयोगी नही है क्योंकि लैब का खर्च बढ़ जायेगा । इस लिए महाविद्यालय में परास्नातक छात्रों पर आधारित कार्य कराते हैं । और पी एच डी करने के बाद बहुत से छात्रों को भटकना पड़ता है यदि उनको कोई रख भी लेता है तो वह 15 से 20 हजार रुपये में कार्य करते हैं जो कि बहुत कम है । इस लिए सभी विश्वविद्यालयों में पी एच डी की सीटें कम की जाए या फिर पी एच डी करने वाले छात्रों को एक रोजगार की समुचित व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए । धन्यवाद ऋषि कुमार सिंह लखीमपुर खीरी,उत्तरप्रदेश

RERA rules are excellent but there is a big problem for tenants. There are several thousands tenanted buildings which are under redevelopment in various cities. Most of the places owners/builders are forcing tenants to buy flats as per present market rate irrespective of being tenant of over 30 years. RERA does not entertain tenants and do not accept them as prospective buyers. There is no rule or any regulation how much tenant should pay as % of market rate as no tenant can afford present market rate. I think some regulation in this field will be very big relief to several lakh people in the country.
