Dear Sir, I feel that while Government officials have lot of power, they have minimum accountability towards citizens until it doesnt flow through their superiors. I believe you have instilled lot of competence and work ethic in the senior bureaucrats, the junior ones with whom normal citizens interact generally are still mired in incompetence, inefficiency and corruption. For this, I would like to suggest a common PUBLIC GRIEVANCE APP/Portal where citizens can register their complaints with relevant images, videos and geotagging. The interface should be simple without too many fields to be filled by citizens. For example- we can upload pictures of encroachment, Garbage on streets , etc. The app itself will forward the complaint to the relevant department with tracking for timely resolution along with escalation. This will create accountability and also give more power to citizens along with better civic sense

Dear Sir , First.. in All Metro cities.. All Road work must be given to Professional complies like L& T /Shaporji Palonj.. Govt has given chance to local contractors but all failed to do proper job....Even after spending crores of rupees.. road situation not improved.. so now we must try bug companies.. on longer run we will save money.. proper work will be done and life will be smooth for citizens
