"Respected Prime Minister Modi ji, today many young people are struggling with unemployment. At the same time, we have knowledge, skills, and strength within us to create new ideas and new businesses. Instead of depending only on jobs, the youth of our country should be encouraged to become job creators. With the right support, training, and opportunities in innovation and startups, we can build a self-reliant India where every young person contributes to nation-building with confidence and entrepreneurship."

National Social Cohesion & Mental Health Mission
Rapid growth has created stress, inequality, and social divides. Launch a mission uniting education, community, and health systems. Integrate mental health check-ups into primary healthcare, with one counsellor per 10,000 people. Expand tele-counselling using govt apps like Aarogya Setu. Train ASHA workers in basic mental health first-aid. Civic schools to teach meditation, yoga, conflict resolution, civic ethics. Promote community centers in every ward for dialogue, cultural events, stress relief activities. Use social media campaigns against stigma, highlighting mental health as normal health. Introduce Workplace Wellness Code—mandatory counselling, flexible hours, stress audits. Encourage interfaith harmony projects at local level to reduce polarization. Link programmes to Vedic wisdom—balance of body, mind, and spirit (Samatvam yoga ucyate). Annual “Mental Health & Harmony Index” published by NITI Aayog. This approach can strengthen

National Job Creation Strategy (Non-Govt)
Government jobs are limited; focus must shift to entrepreneurship, MSMEs, and new economy sectors. Launch “One District, One Startup Hub” providing co-working, mentorship, tax holidays for 5 years. Strengthen ONDC to connect local producers, artisans, farmers to national & global markets. Expand renewable energy, EV infra, and green manufacturing as job engines. Encourage gig economy with social security via Aadhaar-linked benefits. Massive investment in tourism, wellness, heritage restoration for local jobs. Promote export clusters for textiles, handicrafts, electronics. Ease credit to MSMEs with AI-driven scoring, not collateral. Train youth in AI, robotics, cybersecurity, design, and global freelancing skills. Introduce Skill-to-Startup Loans for college graduates. Corporate incentives for rural BPOs & micro-industries. By making India a skills + manufacturing + culture hub, we can generate millions of sustainable private jobs.

Civic Sense & Public Behaviour Reform
Urban beautification will fail without civic discipline. Launch a National Civic Sense Campaign like Swachh Bharat, but centered on behaviour. Mandatory civic lessons in schools (traffic rules, waste segregation, respect for public property). Introduce “Civic Points” system linked to Aadhaar for citizens and businesses—segregating waste, following rules, volunteering earns points; vandalism, littering, traffic violations reduce points. Strict fines + community service for spitting, urinating, littering. RWAs and mohalla sabhas empowered to report violations via apps. Train traffic police and civic staff to be polite yet firm. Promote nudges—painted footprints to dustbins, creative street art to discourage spitting. Annual “Civic Pride Week” with competitions and rewards for best-behaved localities. Showcase Vedic principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—treating public space as extended home.

Fast-track heritage restoration using PPP. Promote “Swachh + Sundar” awards for wards & officers.
