Hence, I recuse to hear the matter.” The Bench, comprising Hon’ble Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma and Shri Jatinder Nath Swain, did not disclose the name of the judge who contacted Justice Sharma, nor the name of the party for whom the favour was sought. My humble suggestions are as follows: 1) Kindly explore the feasibility of starting high profile Coaching institutions at every State capitals to facilitate candidates, particularly hailing from marginalized and deprived segments of society to crack various competitive examinations bring conducted by agencies such as SSC , RRB, IBPS etc. This will eliminate fleecing by several institutes which charge hefty fees from poor people. 2) Kindly advise the Union Education Ministry and UGC to ensure regularisation of services of Guest faculty holding Ph.D serving in various universities but receiving a paltry sum as honorarium every month. 3)Medical tourism and water sports may be promoted to a large extent . This will rake in considerable foreign exchange for the country. 4) The Union Government can launch a massive mission to promote the use of cloth bags by the people. The use of plastic bags can thus be eliminated

Respected Governement of India & PM India has been on global watch list since 2023 when India started importing Russian crude oil in bulk & converting it to Petrol, Diesel & Aircraft fuel & exported to European countries after sanction on Russian oil. Hence Indian Government Companies like Hindustan Petroleum; Indian oil & Bharat petroleum companies plays important role & Now Indian Government companies must concentrate more on operation in European countries. Now I want Ministery of Petroleum & Natural Gas should allow licence to Government owned companies to open Petrol, Diesel & Natural Gas outlets in forigen countries all operations will be done by Government Owned Companies like HP, BP & Indian Oil. Special Bill should be placed in Parliament to allow Indian Government Owned companies to open outlets in forigen countries so that Government can earn good revenue overseas operations & flow of forigen currencies in India will increase even we can ask forigen countries to pay in BRICS

Our Humble Request: • Please review and reform cybercrime procedures so that innocent citizens are not punished for no fault of theirs. • Implement a transparent verification system where genuine account holders can submit documents and prove transaction legality before accounts are frozen. • Ensure faster grievance redressal through RBI, NPCI, and Cyber Crime Cells to avoid prolonged financial suffering. We have full faith in your leadership and believe that under your guidance, a balanced and fair system can be implemented one that protects victims without harassing innocent people.

I humbly request your urgent attention to a serious issue affecting thousands of innocent citizens across India. Under the current cybercrime investigation procedures, when a fraud complaint is lodged, the cyber cell freezes multiple bank accounts, including those of completely innocent people. While we fully support strict action against fraudsters, the current process is deeply flawed and causing severe financial, emotional, and mental distress to common citizens. Key Issues Faced by Innocent Citizens: 1. Bank accounts frozen without notice – Even when transactions are 100% legal, accounts get blocked if connected indirectly to a fraud trail. 2. Extremely slow resolution – Once frozen, it takes weeks or even months to restore access, causing people financial hardships. 3. Punishing the wrong people – Instead of focusing only on victims and fraudsters, the system harasses innocent people who have no involvement in the case.

so many states in our country are land locked. in those states shrimps are costly because of less availability. and our coastal states are exporting so many shrimps to other countries till now. now it is the time to push for local consumption and focus on local supply.
