Dear PM, To push made in India initiative especially for high volume consumer products, the consumer should feel confident about the product and to infuse the confidence the product manufacturer should have a well defined and easy redressal mechanism in case of issues. There are cases where emails go unattended or there are delays in handling issues in products. Also same should apply for government services as well. In both cases we need an easy way to escalate and get things done - which needs a proper system defined.
