It is strongly required to force PhD guide and university to complete research work within 5 years from the date of students registration otherwise they need to compensate by paying 1200000 per year to the registered student from the date of his her registration and need to pay the same amount to the government as fine.

Due to unprofessional and unskilled practice from PRL scientist and the private university unresponsive behavior I lead to drop my PhD studies. Not me but in many IITs we can see news that students hang themselves. Please check by yourself by making a dedicated investigation committee. In premier research institutes there is a lack of manpower which leads working scientists to use PhD students as manpower and so students need to spend 7 years or more to complete PhD studies and then will result in drops due to PhD norms. Please check these matters.

Ban on companies and online apps for demanding Aadhar card 12 digit number or digital verification Aadhaar card contains privacy details including biometric and retina scan. Sharing Aadhar details means sharing the privacy of an individual which can be misused. So please charge 50 lakh fine and 50 lakh claim to the individual for individual demands if any company or any online app like LinkedIn or rapido captain demands Aadhar card details in any form and ban those companies or apps.

Dear Sir Greetings from Gorakhpur I have a Idea Regarding New Employment Creation for 164,987 post office that is currently in india and also that will boost our economy by big seller to small seller, already the govt has transportation system for delivery. Govt should create an ecommerce portal where seller can register their products on different category so that customer can buy the goods online directly from govt or registered private retailer on govt ecommerce site.
