Respected Prime Minister(Narendra Modi),
Shashwat Tiwari(A student of 9 grade) here,
I wanted to bring a very big issue to the spotlight; That issue is MENTAL HEALTH. I, like many of my peers in lower and higher grades, have been subjected to the cruel venom of STUDY STRESS. I wanted you to talk about it in MANN KI BAAT.
Thank you.
Regards,
Shashwat

Manu builders in Delhi NCR are charging allotment transfer charges of Rs.600-800 per sq ft which in some cases is higher than stamp duty as well. For clerical effort on builders part, charging 10-12 lac on allotment transfer charges is too much. RERA should intervene and correct this phenomenan in Delhi NCR specially in Noida. Builders increase super built area after allotment without commensurate change in the carpet area. This is a clear loot from builders side

ew points where NBFCs/HFCs need some respite from regulatory guidelines
Currently SARFAESI is allowed to HFCs for exposure more than 1 lac. Whereas for NBFCs , sarfaesi is allowed for exposure more than 20 lac. For ensuring level playing , this should be made applicable for loans more than 1 lac. If nothing else, loan against property by NBFCs should have this provision
Risk Weights for unsecured loans is 125 percent. Risk weights for loan against property is also 125 percent where end use is personal. Where end use is business , risk weights are 100 percent. Losses in Loan against Property are much lesser than in unsecured business loans. Therefore Risk Weights for Loan against Property should be aligned with Risk Weights for Home Loans.
In many states like UP and Maharashtra, DM orders for SARFEASI takes more than 5 months. There should be a faster process for issuing DM Order

Namaste Dear Prime Minister
Our compliments to you and the entire cabinet for getting India recognised at an international forums like never before.
I have few suggestions to make :
Developed countries always make case for easing tariffs under the garb of GATT (General agreements on tariffs and trade because they have expertise in manufacturing. India is a surplus state in labour supply and services. Labour is very expensive in other countries and household help and blue collared workers are required in plenty. We should include these in our pitch to export household help and blue collared/untrained resources. This is beneficial to everyone as we can reduce pressure on indian soil and they can earn and remit money to India. That way, developed nations will get cheap manpower and india will not be required to fund poor population and can spend more money on nation building exercise
Basic theory of economics is to improve the welfare of the society in general
