My name is Sagar Brahmbhatt, 31, from Baroda, Gujarat. I live with Spinocerebellar Ataxia (SCA), a rare genetic, incurable disease where the cerebellum shrinks, causing loss of balance, speech issues, tremors, and poor coordination. My father, uncle, and grandfather had the same condition and passed away around 50. I was diagnosed in 2023.
Instead of giving up, I chose to fight. Through Vipassana meditation, cell therapy, Tai Chi, and physical training, I became stronger despite my brain scans showing more damage than many others. To prove the power of the mind, I achieved a Guinness World Record for the Most TRX Atomic Push-ups in One Minute (male). I also wrote a book on the mind and run multiple successful businesses.
My message: Do not let problems break you. The mind is stronger than the body. People with rare diseases should be trained in management and decision-making, where mental strength matters more than physical ability.

The Divyang are to not to be mentioned as receiving group rather NORMAL CITIZENS with all benefits to be provided, those humans desire & specially they need. There should be brain storming sessions for what they need or what they presumed to need. One can help or not but their gace, gratitude & self respect shouldn't be hampered. We shouldn't think that its the Government's job to understand & fulfill. The basic things can be provided by ordinary humans. Helping them doesn't require special qualities. The main thing is to think that they are our individuals. The Government should fix Exmplenary Rules & Punishments for violations . The Exmplenary Punishments will attract fears to the offenders so that they & others will learn that misbehaving with them or criticizing them can attract problems. If each individual & Government will do simultaneously there will no ill feeling & they will feel in safe hands & can PROSPER WELL. The first is to set the minds well for their present & future

such lifestyle need -Normal & Family life
so rehabilitate such life's of persons by non institutionalized
these lifestyle needs more attention care time
so ..cont idea if not only within territory of nation even do efforts out side territory with few country
along with them group of parents Family owners
or even if good - institution like sports education
can be a part & parcel of it
but need 1st 2make law even international aspect
law boundry perspective
cause - such human beings
has immense tremendous strength
of - others subject- Art Music sports
even in spirituality- reading writing they can do best
which by fault of nature in few cases - DNA genetic
or birth complications or human default arise
-actually if take care from birth decision during pregnancy such cases less happen but this very early stage we has 2look after cases but 2say that
also should think on this at least less cases 2come
so at least maximum normal life 2get human cn efforts this way..
