First udall we should try to check all old panchyant law if that is useful than okay other wise need to correct
After that we should start start up panchyant as below.
if any pvt school or any small factory open than central/state govt should give relax and this should control by panchyat .
any panchyant person election should be basis on only educational person like need to fix educational qualification.
no any criminal background or any case to whom they should go with panchyant election same for Mla or Mp election
there is lot of ideas we have that will be more beneficial for better development.
and govt should announce prize at least 5 lac with no tds for better idea.

ग्रामीण लोग प्रकृति की गोद में निवास करते हैं। गांव का वातावरण मनोहारी है। यहां अभी भी परम्परागत तरीकों को अपनाया जाता है।

Panchayats in 2047 would be very high tech. All villagers would be highly educated and most of the work would be done digitally. There would be tours not only regional, national, international but space tours in cheap rates for common people. The work of Panchayats would be crystal clear and for the benefit of people and thereby to nation. The environment would be clean and green. Water and electricity would be available for all people. There would be digi banking and digital payment system. Work from Home and Work from Office would be made possible. Tv. , laptop can be seen and opted from anywhere. There will be Full WiFi range. Ration and Medical would be free for poor people.

All panchayat, village offices, Muncipilaty’s and all Gov offices should have digital transactions and accept money through card systems or electronic media. No cash should be handled. Stop all Sound Systems in Temples, Church and especially Mosqu. Any occasions with the permission of Authority they may use. Implement One india one education and one syllabus system. Avoid all types of reservations for education especially above 12th classes. No minority or majority related reservations based on religion, should be based on qualifications. Provide more crack down power to Military wherever and whenever required.

Only electricity can bring rapid economic development in villages. Therefore as mandated in Section 5 of Electricity Act 2003, electricity distribution in rural areas should be done through Panchayat.
Presently a village is considered as electrified if 10%house hold gets electricity. Can this achieve development in villages or can this change quality of life in villages or can it minimise migration from rural to urban areas ?? No , Never.
Section 5 of Electricity Act ,2003 states " The Central Government shall also formulate a national policy---for rural electrification and for bulk purchase of power and management of local distribution in rural areas through Panchayat Institutions etc--"
when our law makers have mandated this in 2003, why Government has not implemented this till now??The mandate should be implemented in letter and spirit. Rural area electricity distribution should be done through Panchayat and urban and other areas by distribution companies.
