In agriculture industry storage facility arrangements are well established for finished products. But still we are lagging to provide storage facilities for raw agricultural products. We must ensure food grains storage silos, warehouses and cold storage facilities are constructed in every village. Before implementing this requirement of silos/ warehouses/ cold storage facilities feasibility study should be conducted to store various types of food grains and perishable products. After observing the mobility of these products for two to three years we can establish food processing and packaging industries. It is important to deploy educated, matured, experienced team for feasibility and risk assessment studies.

If we provide mechanical excavators and hauling dump trucks to every village panchayat they themselves will take care of river banks, lake or pond banks strengthening, desilting of irrigation canals, lakes and ponds. If we equip them with 6" Dia 10 feet deep drilling machines they will ensure proper charging of ground water table by making 3m center to centre water recharging bore holes (filled with coarse materials like pebbles /blue metal aggregates etc, ) are digged on lakes, ponds and river beds during summer when the bed is dry. If we equip them with tractors they will ensure land ploughing is done sequentially on lottery basis. Similarly for harvesting equipment, pumps, water tanker and irrigation equipment etc, Every Gram Panchayat should have 0.25 sqkm area of storage yard to store these equipment and construct their office block, library, online Agri product trading centre, indoor games sports complex, market, toilets, primary health center, etc, with boundary walls and gates.

We should develop a Mobile App to facilitate farmers to sell their products directly to domestic & international markets either directly or through agencies. Bank guarantee must be ensured for all tradings done through the App.
