महोदय, मैं पटना बिहार से हूं।मेरा सुझाव है कि आज़ादी के 75 बी वर्ष गांठ हम माना रहें हैं,इस अवसर पर देश के अति पिछड़े दुर्गम,पहड़ी,झील,झरना वाले क्षेत्रों में से 75 गांवों को चयनित कर विश्व स्तर के गांव बनाने पर विचार किया जा सकता है,इन गांवों में पर्यटन स्थल को काफी विकसित कर रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है,साथ ही ग्रामीणों हेतु बहुमंजिल मकान,सोलर लाइट, खुबसुरत रोड,इलेक्ट्रिक बस,इंटरनेट,उच्च कोटि के अस्पताल और आवासीय विद्यालय,पुलिस,नई तकनीक की कृषि,पीने हेतु शुद्ध जल,लघु और मध्यम उद्योग,सिंचाई की सुविधा आदि को उपलब्ध कराने पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

Dear experts, 1. The gram sabha / village assembly need to conduct social audits among the people of the village. They should include all Caste system unbiased. 2. This is the grassroot of our democratic management. The conduct of meeting should be done regularly in front of collectors/ Zari parishads/ officiers 3. Only by employing more women in panchayat system. We can encourage them to face issues in their livelihood and solve them. Panchayat raj is also for queens to come front. 4. Grey area - interference from MP/ MLA should be adversely stopped and the fund allotment should not be mishanded between them. 5. Basic training and handling of villagers should be done by senior experts in that field who have set a record in panchayat system. Proper initiatives and proper recording of system should be carried out. 6. Election commitee should handle the voting of their members properly and should guide them regarding their do's. 7. Directive need of the people should be addressed.

Every Pump set @ agriculture fields should be attached with solar electric power or wind power 3. Every vehicle on the village road must be Electric Vehicle 4. Every former must and should be use COW DUNG instead of chemical fertilizers 5. Every village should use DRONE TECHNOLOGY in agriculture 6. To save the earth soil, rotate the varities of crops 7. RYTHU or Former is like a king, He should export his own crops 8. Every village must have GODOWN for storing food grains 9. Must and should Martket Yard 10. cement roads to leads to Most of the agriculture fields 11. Every street lamps of village should me photo sensor 12. Must of have check dams to conserve water 13. Must have water grid like electricity grid 14. Every village have drinking water system like MISSION BHAGEERATHI 15. IIM of ahemaedabad should learn from villages
