Covering various aspects of topics related to the Panchayati Raj System, Schemes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through this ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ iconic week, let’s provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas on the PanchayatVision@2047.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs.

Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the Panchayati Raj System would be fulfilled.

आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग के ग्रामीण विकास कार्यों के अंतर्गत 5 एच कार्यक्रम यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि हर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र /गांव में बेघरों को घर (होम्स फॉर द होम्लेस), स्वास्थ्य सुविधा (हेल्थ केयर), स्वच्छता (हाइजीन), मानवीय मूल्यों (ह्यूमन वैल्यूज़) और विविधता में सामंजस्य (हार्मनी इन डाइवर्सिटी) उपलब्ध हो। 1997 में स्थापित 5 एच, सामाजिक परिवर्तन के लिए उत्प्रेरणा का स्रोत बन गया है। इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य दुनिया भर के ग्रामीण और आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में गरीबी, दु:ख व रोग उन्मूलन और शांति व सद्भाव सुनिश्चित करना है। 5 एच कार्यक्रम सुनिश्चित करता है कि मूल स्तर पर सभी व्यक्ति और समुदाय , सामाजिक और आर्थिक दोनों ही रूप से आत्मनिर्भर हों I फलस्वरूप इस कार्यक्रम का प्रभाव दीर्घकालिक तथा स्थायी है।

1997 से शुरु किये गये 5 एच कार्यक्रम (5H प्रोग्राम) पूरी दुनिया में ग्रामीण और आदिवासी इलाकों में समाज के समग्र विकास के लिये प्रयत्नरत है, लोगों को गरीबी, भुखमरी, दुख और बीमारी से मुक्ति दिलाना और उन्हें शांति का अनुभव कराना इस कार्यकम का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।केवल एक मज़बूत आध्यात्मिक नींव ही स्थिर व मज़बूत आत्मसम्मान और आत्मविश्वास को जागृत करती है। व्यक्तिगत आंतरिक शक्ति, कौशल और नेतृत्व प्रशिक्षण का यह समिश्रण इस कार्यक्रम को दीर्घकालिक प्रभावशीलता तथा स्थिरता प्रदान करता है।

ये युवाचार्य गावों व स्थानीय समुदायों के वो युवा हैं जिन्होंने युवा नेतृत्व प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम या यूथ लीडरशिप ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम (वाइ.एल.टी.पी.) में भाग लिया हुआ है। यह कार्यक्रम उन्हें उनके गांवों और क्षेत्रों में उनकी जरूरतों के आधार पर परियोजनाओं को आरंभ करने के लिए कौशल, प्रेरणा और सेवा तथा नेतृत्व करने की क्षमता प्रदान करता है।

Sir, I have an one more quistion in my sense, How can a temple commity sell temple properties and what is the power and fuctions obout to protect or care a temple in own Panchayat areas.

Every village should have a eco office with internet and desktop with Tele communication facility with dedicated accountable district office .Well connected to a lawyer doctor civil engineer and agriculture officer.All matters of villagers to be discussed by these experts.Villages commonly face power outage and safe water hence a water filter must be available on nominal charges.Education at villages must be upgraded esp modern farming and also on campus placement services.

Dear sir. Looking for vision 2047 we have to plan from matric level students to get information about panchayat raj .They are advice and give opportunity to view the panchayat working one to one. Which will increase their intrest to take part in the development of country with their routine work. 1947 will be remeber for freedom. 2047 will be remeber for Hero of whole world. Be ready for Becoming Hero.

panchayat vision@2047 is a new generation need of the hour .in this one needs to stress upon the use of technology in the agriculture practices in inclusion of young generation in all the activities of the panchayat .moreover Panchayat system should be made more online based so that each and every individual can access the panchayat activities as well as give their contribution in the upliftment of the panchayat system.

सबसे पहले जो बात महत्वपूर्ण है वो ये कि ग्राम पंचायत में युवाओं की सहभागिता कम है,जिसे बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता है। दूसरा ये देखा जाता है कि आरक्षित सीटों के पीछे कोई अन्य ही ग्राम पंचायत समिति का संचालन किया करता है। गांवों में आधुनिक तकनीक से खेती को प्रचलन में लाने की आवश्यकता है। वर्षा जल संचय करने के लिए भी गावँ में संसाधन प्रबंधन किया जाना चाहिए क्योंकि मैंने देखा है कि अब गावँ में भी पानी का स्तर नीचे जा रहा है।
