RESPECTED PRIME MINISTER SIR,...Your June 2019 Mann ki Baat covered about the importance of WATER HARVESTING AND EFFECTIVE CONSERVATION since the beginning of this year`s MONSOON season...it is a great task!...Later on India has faced unexpected fury of FLOODS across many States. I suggest this month end should be utilised TO REVIEW THE COUNTRY`S stock positions of our WATER RESOURCES, STATEWISE, and PLAN FURTHER ACTIVITIES FOR THE REMAINING PART OF THIS YEAR, to avoid management by CRISIS.

Please compare data of female between college graduation and childbirth. The reason is common, 10 hours (9 hrs shift +commute) unaffordable being married woman and impossible being a mother. Brightest girls are sitting at home due to this. And when their kids grow up, no company or hospital wilemploy them. Who wnt treatment by a lady doctors gold medallist in MBBS & MS but not practicing for 10 years? Child's need for mother range frm milk to food to hmework to board exams. Daycare is not option

Good afternoon Sir. As on 20/08/2019 I have visited Subhasini Tea Garden in North Bengal, Alipurduar and observed that the Tea Garden Management has installed Blade/Razor-sharp Barbed Wire Fencing to deter elephants from entering tea-estates. But as per the field report, this type of deadly fencing causing serious injuries to elephants, leopards and even death to other wild animals of adjacent Jaldapara National Park, Alipurduar, West Bengal. Its a threat to wildlife conservation in the area.

Sir please give e right to motherhood and right to livelihood to the females of country. All the ills against females boils down to their financial dependence. And that makes them a liability and hence subject to inferior upbringing. Because females have to stop going out to earn after childbirth, because of 9 hours structure of paid work for all jobs including hospitals, software companies and all offices including government. Please mandate 4 hours shift option in same Job for females
