Hello sir, I feel like, People must only be allowed to work for only 6 hours a day, that would lead to generation of employment nation-wide. For ex. If I'm an Engineer i would work for just 6 hours a day apart from that i have 18 hours for myself in which i may indulge in other activities like creation of new business ideas or working on my passion and on the other hand if the employer wishes, he may also keep other engineer after 6 hours of duty, shift basis.

Sir.. Please remove security of government jobs.people become complacent. And temporary recruited employees work without motivation. Both are detrimental in many cases.

Please increase our working time from 12 hr format to 24 hr format. This doubles employment opportunities and overall productivity. Sure, this has some challenges before a successful implementation, say to start with in some select sector

Sir... wishing you a happy, healthy and energetic birthday.. prayers for your well-being.may God bless you with more power, will and vision to lead india in coming years. Please focus on eradicating corruption from bottom line of politicians/buerocrates. Many of your genuine efforts are undone by bottom line.
