Respected sir,
Reforms what you are implimenting are very much important to improve our economy and development of our country.
But little bit feed back what I observed at the ground level is better to give employment rather than funding to them as per their eligibility, for illiterates provide work for their family maintainance and one more thing BETTER TO IMPLIMENT FULL LOCK DOWN FOR 1 MONTH SERIOUSLY HOW IMPLIMENTED IN THE STARTING DAYS. no one is feeling responsible to control Virus

Sir this is the part 2 of last idea. If the government put a watch on their employees and give them the monthly or the early targets then the employee will work with the dedication towards their job. But in today's time this format is not applied to the government sector and because of that the Government employees are in relaxed mode that they will never be got fired from their jobs. This put's them into the relax mode and they did not have any tension towardstheir responsibility

Dear PM Modiji,
Wish you many years of happiness and health! A very happy birthday to you!
In US, there is a show called 'Shark Tank' where big shot industrialists or venture capitalists fund and mentor start-ups. I request you to please invite our successful industrialists like Mr. Ambani, Mr. Tata, Ms. Kiran Shaw, Mr.Mittal to take such an initiative. We need to have such a platform for our budding entrepreneurs and create 'Aatmnirbhar Bharat'. Pasting link of the popular US show Shark Tank.

Sir in government sector there are the permanent job of Government employees because of that the government sector is behind as compared to the private sector. In private sector they put watch on the performance of their employee and if it is not performing according to their criteria then the employee got's fired from the the job. If the same rule will apply in the government sector then the the development of government sector will increase very very very rapidly.

Sir this is the part 2 sir. after the entry of new commissioner of police in Nagpur a new record is made under his instructions the fine of 111000 rupees was collected from the citizen because they were not wearing a mask and because of this strict rule the rate of wearing mask among the people is is increased very rapidly we can easily understand that people are afraid of strict punishments
If we put strict punishment in our judicial system then the crime rate of India will reduce

Sir in our country the laws are very flexible and the criminals can easily get out from the law and get saved from the punishment of the crime they have done. The punishments should be very very dangerous and Street so the the criminal will think two times before doing crime. A a perfect example of this is the Nagpur city of India . After the entry of new commissioner of police in Nagpur the laws regarding the the Mask wearing are very strict.
