Encourage written arguments in high court and Supreme Court so that all pending cases could be decided during COVID as courts are giving only dates

Dear PM, you are taking care of many things but have ignored judiciary and lawyers completely. Justice should not be given but seems to be given during life time of litigants.law is one of the four pillars of constitution. Lawyers interpret all laws and public officers of the courts . Please bring life to this old corrupted and spoiled system. I am senior lawyer with 38 years standing but in court asses, mules and horses all are treated equally .touts and corruption has taken over everything.
