Gold smuggling has been on the rise in recent years in states where assembly general elections are to be held. Illegal money transfer takes place in various forms. They are smuggling gold in a different way using air and parcel services. Monitoring should be strengthened in all states where elections are held. Scanners should be set up at all district boundaries to prevent the smuggling of gold bars in the states where the election will take place.

Beloved PM Sir, If the topic is on employment would be a great topic for Mann ki baat. If the gratuity period should made to 3years rather than 5years would be great initiative. As of now many people are trying for new jobs and loss in job/lay offs. Atleast employees will get something after knowing that many people have withdrawn their pf amounts during the pandemic.

Sir, The KVs should be ranked as like states. Action should be initiated against the last ranked KVs. Even KVs in Srinagar and hard area performs well then the metro KVs. Kindly look into this.

Sir, There are large number of Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas in our country. However, when we see the ratio of students getting into the JEE the numbers are very least. Why this is so ? The teachers in KVs are highly educated. The system in KVs are very strong. Then what is the reason behind this. The reason behind this is lack of attitude of this teachers. Getting permanent jobs in School and have secured the job is the ultimate moto. The chain should be break. kindly look into
