Dear Prime Minister, I am glad to introduce myself as a youngster from the largest youngster population in the world. In the next Mann Ki Baat I want explanation of the roles & responsibilities of the government staff from Group D to Secretary level staff. Because whatever government introduces a schemes, it will reach the people through these staffs. If we want to make a strong building we have to make a basement and every floor of the building to be strong. That's what I say here. By SRIRAM
