Respected Sir, I am Ms Nidhi Rana studying in 9th std, Gujarat. As we all know plastic is banned and it's for our good. But my father owned a plastic factory and thus it is going through a great loss. After much thinking he wanted to start a new business. After taking a great loan and ordering the machine, the vendor sold it to another customer. I thus request you to come up with a solution of the problems of people who were in this business. Thank you I hope you'll come with a fantastic idea.

Regarding contractlabour, treating people as 2nd class citizens. Is totally against equality. Somany contract jobs of permanent nature, people leaving institutions bare hand after serving 10 to 35 years. Very painful situation. Please take steps to provide them with salary and benefits. Thank you.

Please bring an era in India where the merit will only count. Nowadays it’s becoming very difficult to get a job even if having good marks and other skills due to various other factors. One day this will create a lot of problem to our country. The talented persons are not getting chance.

You better know it that only the rich farmers’ loan gets waived off. The real needy remains a far away. Please look into this as such schemes are not for needy farmers.

Please bring the income from agriculture under income tax. It is very clear that those farmers who are rich are getting its benefit. You can find number of people who have a farm and they are working in government. Getting a lot of money each year, still getting privileges. This is not done. Due to this the richer are becoming richer and poor are becoming poorer. Almost every government announces “loan waiver” scheme when the elections are on the way. But do you know, what am I asking,

Govt. should review all its contacts which enforces a minimum manpower norms for govt.'s contractors. Govt.should either relax norms or strictly force it's contractors to deploy manpower envisaged in the contracts.Further govt. should scale down salary for all its future employments and in lieu of this number of people employment may be increased.Govt. should deply peoples in contracts for jobs upto class three.

We are creating new AIIMS with mammoth cost.We should identify district hospitals all over India for up-gradation of facilities. These hospital's all services should be on web including date and time on which one machine stopped working and when it repaired and started functioning.Stock of medicine with shortages of medicines on web. Empty beds and shortage of beds at any time. These mini AIIMS (District hospital upgraded up center efforts) will further add a feather in govt head.
