Dear PM ,I value your approach taken up for good governance but sometimes it is found that the associates of your party are practicing brick bating like other parties and proclaiming the outcome of different govt measures/events trying to make believe the people .In our country I find no such party which refrain from blaming the other in each and every action without judging the same. This sort of stone throwing is too disgusting to the public.Let the party functionaries advised accordingly .

People lost money and retailer in sme. Not sure why you are allowing retailer money in sme. Instead only hni should be allowed. People are very angry who invested in sme . Traders exit and made money but retailer and investor lost huge money. InfaCt apart from only 10 or 15 index stocks have risen showing index at 36000 whereas sme ,small cap stocks where retailer money is there have lost money. Do something quickly to increase money flow in sme through mutual funds or the impact in votes

Keeping the number of attempts same will filter out the candidates who didn't made serious attempts or lacked in the calibre. But all those, who couldn't start early due to circumstances, will get the opportunity. Anyhow, they will compete the same talent. Why not even a person of say age 45, who is a capable enough to compete lakhs of candidates out there, is selected given a chance, an opportunity which she/he might have lacked earlier in life. Respected PM, I thank you for the leadership and the direction you have given to our nation by your bold decisions. But at the same time winning elections for you is also important so that the same leadership is continued. For the same, I suggest again to increase the age of candidates in various UPSC examinations, though keeping the number of attempts the same. It had been done in the past too, from 30 to 32. Entrepreneurship .....Why less people opt for it ?
Even during company formation, whether its private limited or partnership, knowledge based businesses should be own by same persons and not investors. This may lead to another beginning of black money. All businesses where IP or knowledge is required, then 51% share should be owned by real entrepruner and not any one who has money. Untill Govt. dont make such changes in company formation rules, small businesses will not survive in India.

I would suggest to implement maximum 48 hours a week working for all private employees of india. It will create huge jobs in our country.
