Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Promote or add astrology, palmistry from 2nd - 3rd class in studies so that children from the beginning of there life can know the purpose of their life and whenever they suffer from any bad circumstances they can predict that without getting into depression things. Every school has dance teacher, yoga, sports so A pandit Ji must be given job as a teacher in schools also this way we can change British education system.

Make innovation in mind. apply human brain in work. the art of intelligence is their in mind . use human brain for activation for such innovation that is in mind. virtual ict conflicts and aids are good. I want to develop a spectrum that can use acoustic waves in aquaculture is good innovation. But can we use acoustic in war trends and strategy. Are they good in human welfare or well in warfare. Brain activation is good with mindgame but is it good for human welfare. human brain activation is soundmap only for human welfare and learning a society. Are you serving humanity with these trends. make an itinerary of these events and show the facts to the society. Innovation is an impetus tool only if it can resolve conflicts. so think on more innovation that benefits our society and living.

Educational apps to be given to student and teacher as well. Kindly this apps to be developed by cbse direct ncert examination status.Students should not submit or show their marksheet and diploma certificate for class 10 and 12 respectively to any kind of educational counselor. Direct access to be given to the student as they should upload and scan the marksheet and diploma for class 10 and 12. the username and password id is to be rule and administrate by the own student and guardian. During caps round for class10and 12 student are request not to submit their original marksheet and diploma certificate to the counselor. If such apps are handle and demonstrate well in caps round, please give such apps to teacher principal and administrative staff of the school so that they too upload and scan their marksheet and announce their educational qualifications to the students with conviction.The aim of the apps is not to submit their own original marksheet and diploma certificate to Institute

Educational apps to be given to students. The aim of the apps is to scan and upload the cbse direct ncert exam class 10 and 12 marksheet and diploma certificate of the student in the apps such that they don't submit their original certificate and marksheet for verification during counseling. The counselor can directly confirm the marksheet by username and password id given or provided to the student by cbse direct ncert examination status. This apps should be provided to the school teacher and principal admin staff as well to upload their certificate and marksheet so that they don't loose their marksheet in hazard and can announce their qualifications in front of students with conviction. The student can have direct access to the app with the help of username and password id. This will save their time showing their marksheet in front of a councellor.. This can encourage digital india concept as this apps facet to store the datas in the apps.Kindly regard the apps to teacher as well.

dear sir i have 2 suggestions which are not related but importanat 1.traffic rules should be a compulsory part of a sylabus at school level because most of the young generation should know the rules that are existing. 2.it should be compulsory for undergraduates to get atleast 5-6months of internship for their specified field which should be done in all kind of universities which will reduce unemployment because when a person go for interview the first thing is they see experience .hence if he had a internship in a coprate or govt company he can get the knowldege of a practical life and work in prior
