India's workforce needs to be prepared for the future, which requires a multifaceted approach. Firstly, lifelong learning and upskilling are essential to ensure individuals have the relevant skills and knowledge to remain competitive. Technology skills are also critical, including both technical and soft skills. Entrepreneurship can create new job opportunities and promote innovation and creativity. Addressing the skills gap requires identifying the skills that are in demand and developing training programs. Finally, investing in infrastructure is critical to enable remote work and support digital transformation. High-speed internet and technology hubs can provide the necessary infrastructure for the modern workforce. By implementing these strategies, the Indian workforce can stay competitive and adapt to the changing demands of the modern economy. Collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the private sector is essential to ensure the workforce is prepared.

The way BJP lost Karnataka election is disheartening and hurting. We want BJP to win state elections also. Party must learn from the debacle to come again to its winning streak instead of blaming anyone. Must insist on all MPs & MLAs to use their allotted funds to bring visible contributions in their own constituencies to create positive competitive impacts. Now people want visible performance. To win in coming state elections prior to 2024 Parliamentary elections must focus on individual performances of all BJP MLAs and MPs and also should create local leadership in all states who can deliver on promise.
All The Best for a great winning future and great service to our country

To, Shri Modi Ji, Amit shah Ji , BJP , PMO office - please wake up.
You lost the election in karnataka and you have set the clock BACK by 25 years. Revadi culture has started by Kangress. Economy is going to be affected very very badly. They are going to re-instate RTE in karnataka and its going to affect the QUALITY OF EDUCATION. Root cause is the LACK of leadership - Bommai was a very bad selection. He is a very good action man, But a very bad talker, presenter and debater. thats the problem

Dear Pm, why did I put down my narrative in future workforces of India ? Bcz my struggling trajectory must be taken into account while formulating any substantive policy in this regard. only short term policies for human development index is doing more harm to general aspirations.it is only making greedy to more greeder, & powerful to absolute powerful & making polution symbolic corruption absolute powerful destiny maker of India fm where we can not hope, aspire to become self-sufficient, righteous, knowledge based society cum nation. u r also failing at this front though u be successful in resolving RAM mandir issue & article 370 but to check those corrupting india in its heart & mind u r very miserable looking here as we feel u r at those egotist mercy who need both power & money. i think u may introspect Karnataka election result. Clear max pollutants around u as u have very little time with u. we create ur images by selling ur virtues in tea stalls but not ur Netas. pls understand.

Sir, I am setting a narrative for future workforces in India by putting my example here. 1- i joined Air force in Feb 1989 after +2science as a RDO technician. 2-we r not given chance to become a RDO fitter so I lost 20yrs without any upgradation. 3- then all tech groups lost their identity & grouped with non tech group after 5th pay commission in 1996. 4-then we lost promotion to be JCO as officers took time bound promotion, all perk & privilege just playing down with subordinates aspirations. 5- 6th pay com does more better service to all executives by putting absolute power & money with them.6- no knowledge enhancement took place during my 20yrs in IAF. 7- very less pension to meet with children education & daily life expense.8- searched for new job by facing open compititive exams at 40yrs age.9- could not escape fm fate again in a job through Rail recruitment board as goods gaurd in 2800 grade pay & end in 4200 gp.10- so u understand the struggling trajectory of future workforces.

Respected Sir,
I request you to change the education system of our country. Starting from the nursery teacher’s and parents only want their children to study and to get good marks. Discipline in school means making the students to sit quietly and study. Parents send their children to study rhymes, A.B.C.D.., and for timepass. Instead of teaching them this in nursery school, if nursey school teacher starts to teach how to respect others (not only elders), how to have a disciplined life, how to systematically their life should be, and teach our culture to the children without any caste and religion discrimination. Every student studying in India should know their culture and it should be made compulsory till class 5 so that they will understand the need. There should be strict rule made that every student should involve in extra-curricular activities of their school no matter what class they are studying.
