Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Ship Building : building , running , maintenance of merchant navy should be a priority . Building ships is labour and technology intensive with a big multiplier effect . Country has already invested in Naval engineering infra in terms of educational campus, etc., Ports like pip Aval, kattupalli for building ships are readily available. The imports and exports are surging . Hence , assured traffic is available both for oil and dry cargo

Dear PM sir, I Am From Gujrat, We are use so many Chinese item that not only 1 but that's widely in 1st of a Chinese Electrical circuit. i am very upset that when we are use a mobile charger it's all are made in China. We are not a make a one Mobil Changer so we are import in china! We have so many intelligence in India who made good items as well as China. it's a true Chinese item are low costed but we should change this. When you were banned Chinese Apps in India please also Banned Chinese item in India in Especially Electrical item. India will developed a Highest Technology marketplace. I was serch that Chinese are only use Chinese app or Chinese item. We should avoid priority to Chinese Electrical Item. I Know This Is Deficult In Some Case But Nothing Is Impossible. China Lost Their Half Market When India Banned Chinese Apps. so why not banned Chinese ELECTRICAL Items. Please Heed My Message For Next GENERATION.

SIR IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED FROM CHILDHOOD AND AVOID FORMERS SUCIDE BY SEEING IN PAPERS ,AS PER OBSERVATIONS MY SUGGESION MAY HELP FEW FORMERS SAVING MAY BE , WHILE AFTER COMING CROPS PGORMERS R WAITING OUT SIDE MARKET YARDS AND FULL OF GOWDONS IN ANDRAPRADESH if rain comes the total out put off food products will spoil one day , so while giving railway rake allotment for food products rakes and fci gowdons filling well before monsoon and cyclones started , if one rake 3000 tonns to 4000 tonns means 3 to 4 thousend formers output and coole family efforts will spoil if rain spoils their food crops output , SO KINDLY ALLOT HIGHEST PROIRITY TO FOOD PRODUCTS IN ANDHRA PRADESH SO MANY FORMERS EFFECTED THIS IS ALSO ONE MAJOR RESON , ISTED OF COAL ,CEMENT , IRON first property to be given food products at least becuse of this gowdows empty in andra and fast loading we can save nation from this point of view , formers will not loose products please think and give replay I am write in this point

In India there are two basic things needed one is hydrogen technology vehicles and second one is steel slag roads these roads are 30% less cost and more efficient and environment friendly

There are so many work in our country right from bottom to top. We need home helper like maid, servant, cook, caretaker of old people, care taker of sick people, security people at residence, electrician, carpentor, civil work at home, plumber, personal nurse at home to see the invalide or sick people at home, and many more in our day to day life. So if can use them in our main stream by giving them geniune wages and other facilities what they deserve than we can use the manpower of our country and on the same time we have to give them respect and due regards as well. Coming to agriculture: If we develop the agriculture and farming in India than the workforce in rural areas can be better utilise by improving and increasing productivity. The GDP has to be increase by utilising the workforce in the right direction with right approach and vision. We have to encourage entrepreneurial skill and qualities among the new generation and providing them all inputs with new technology and market.

Dear honorable members, Attached herein please find a perspective on dark energy,dark matter and gravity. The workforce that we prepare for the future may have different outcomes in sciences and hence they should be looking at research in these areas for greater knowledge assimilation and a better perspective of applied sciences with instrumentation that are much more advanced than what we have today.Space research programs,astrophysics,astronomy are areas that will help us get better knowledge of our existence on the planet
