First of all we should realise the workforce that their potential is way more than they earn now,,,so it will provide them a way to explore the world and find new opportunities ,otherwise they will be stuck in old way only
2.they should be provided education ,training in order to be prepared for the future work..
3.adapting with latest technology.
4.providing wages through online mode with some tax benefits in order to improve their disposable income.
5.there should be a regulation committee to manage all the online transactions in order to bring transparency.
6.many achievers of our country should be brought into limelight so the people will follow them and will set an objective higher so that they can achieve them.
7.Labour laws should be implemented in order to safeguard the interest of labour.
Thank you ,If you like my suggestions please give it a thumps up..And i would request government if their views match up with my 7 pointers i have described above they can follow

Emerging markets need to get real capitalising on commercially viable technology. The available technology is expected to ease working conditions in the real economy. ESG Norms are institutional guidance , the work force is expected to perform with minimum teething issues at a point of time.Education is still out of purview of a major population , even in developed nations, often interpreted as discriminatory. An inference directs that primary education access is the minimum state responsibility. The orthodox conventional education prepares the workforce for general capabilities ,training & specialisation are privileges. The Indian system is formidable and respected, it is enrolment and sustainability that are questions. Trade verticals have capability to absorb , it is the respect for work that is imperative for a work force. A close note will observe the opportunities to plug the gaps in Govt cadre attributed to automation.India is learning, wisdom directs. Earn respect, earn rights.

Respected PM sir, Please initiate digital transactions or zero hard cash transactions/ businesses because though there’s IT rides no care on it . Corruption going on highly. When digital works all money will collect at account & if any body needs to have corruption amount easily to find. Taxes also get easier & that makes transparent economy. As soon as please implement it sir & save forest. For currency many trees destroying today …. Thank you sir

Permission to accredited educational institutions/employers can be given for creating private networks and dedicated Tabs furnished to the students or the employees where they can connect only to designated websites including related forums for promoting in-depth involvement with their area of learning/work-description as also to familiarize them with the contemporary developments taking place in those areas worldwide. Quality of their participation in the forums would help in talent-search for higher levels of learning/expertise. All official communications to the students/employees can also be routed through this medium.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have created www.youtube.com/@gupte.education and I put many simple videos which use chaos theory and simple statistics. School children in our area really liked it. But, they dont have computer to channelize their creativity. One girl wanted to make AI music and animantions which teach. Another girl wanted to mimic her teacher's teaching style (underline important words, move mouse like chalk) but they dont have computer.
I had same problem in 1995. I was full of ideas and creativity but I didnt have computer. Please make computer labs all over country.
I am making feature phone app for these videos and some other feature phone apps which do simple simulations and graphs to reduce this problem.
I learnt Army style of speaking Hindi-Marathi. It is very direct and to the point. No big English words. So children learn very fast
Thank you very much
Manish
