Covering various economical aspects of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the occasion of the Panchayati Raj Day celebrated annually on 24th April and the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and MyGov provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas that could support the MSMEs and Cottage Industry in Rural India through the Panchayati Raj System.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs. Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the rural economy, the celebration of the Panchayati Raj Day would be fulfilled.

Therefore, we value your ideas and suggestions that could strengthen the Panchayati Raj System of the country in playing an instrumental role in the rural economy of India.

MSMEs main problem is non payment of money by the purchasers with in stipulated time as per the purchase orders. MSME facilitation centers Education are toothless and take years to issue notice to the defaulters.They are not industry friendly.You can see lot of bias in these centers.

The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna PMFBY was launched on 18th February 2016 by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. 21 states implemented the scheme in Kharif 2016 whereas 23 states and 2 UTs have implemented the scheme in Rabi 2016-17. Approximately 3.7 Crores farmers have been insured in the Kharif 2016 for 3.7 crore ha of land at premium of Rs 16212 crore for a sum insured of Rs 128568.94 crore as per figures available on 31.03.2017.

MSME facilitation centers are toothless and take years to issue notice to the defaulters.They are not industry friendly.You can see lot of bias in these centers. Effort should be made to redress the issues with in a fixed time lines. Facilitation centers hands should be strengthened by bringing necessary laws.This needs to be looked in to on top priority as many new entrepreneurs face problems from the facilitation centers,as they are not active and effective.

1.यह भी एक कोशिश होनी चाहिए कि कम से कम चार- पांच लोग उद्योग का संचालन कर पाये । 2.लोग अपने उद्योग के लिए स्वतंत्र तो रहे,किंतु संस्था की जिम्मेदारी के प्रति जवाबदेह भी रहे । 3.इन उद्योगों का 4.पढ़ी-लिखी लड़कियों पर अधिक फोकस रहे ।उनके अनुकूल उद्योगों की खोज की जाये। 5.वैश्विक बाजारों के उत्पाद बनवाये जाये। 6.पंचायत की मनमानी पर ध्यान रखा जाये, शिकायत के लिए त्वरित माध्यम रहे । 7.लोगों से सीधे जुड़कर उनकी बात पूछी जाये ,क्योंकि गांवों में वर्गों का दबदबा रहता है । 8.उद्योगो से उनके काम धंधों की विडियोज की मांग समय-समय पर होनी चाहिए ।

आदरणीय महोदय यह पूरी तरह से स्पष्ट कर देना चाहिए कि यह योजना सिर्फ उनके लिए रहे जो किसी भी आर्थिक लाभ के स्तर में नहीं है । इसमें आवश्यक लोगों को ही फोकस किया जाये ।वरना देखने में आयेगा कि इसका लाभ वह लोग उठायेंगे जिन्हें रोजगार की आवश्यकता अधिक नहीं थी जिनके खेत और अन्य व्यवसाय थे ।उन बेरोजगार युवाओ को फोकस किया जाये जिन्हें एक माध्यम बनाना है ।उद्योग की गतिविधियों पर पूरी नजर संस्था की होनी चाहिए ।वरना पूरा बजट हड़पा जायेगा और कुछ उन्नति देखने में ना होगी । लोगों क्या कर रहे है और क्या करना चाहिए इसपर संस्था की नजर होनी चाहिए ।
