India has the largest Youth population in the world. This demographic dividend, in the light of its impact on work participation and dependency ratios, is a window of opportunity in terms of the growth and development of our country, an opportunity which would need to be seized before the window closes.

To optimally tap the constructive and creative energies of the youth, the Department of Youth Affairs pursues the twin objectives of personality-building and nation-building, that is, developing the personalities of youth and involving them in various nation-building activities.

Young people's training, education, and skills are among our society's most valuable resources, and they are inextricably linked to dealing with the complex problems of the future. Exceptionally skilled youth have a profound impact on the economy and society of a country and change the way we work, communicate; engage in developmental and social activities. They also drive innovation in many different spheres of life.

No wonder there is a very strong correlation between education & skills and innovation & invention and thereby development in various spheres of life. To achieve this, the focus needs to be directed toward the recognition and promotion of children's creativity, with the aim of a continuous strengthening and development among youth and adolescents.

The Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India is hosting a discussion/invite suggestions on MyGov for a period of one month with the youth (15-29 years) of the country having exceptional skills of invention and innovation. The received inputs will be reviewed by the relevant Ministry/Department, and the entries will be shortlisted. The youth, whose entries have been shortlisted, may be asked to provide a detailed presentation of their ideas in a national-level workshop, either physically or virtually.

The use of durable plastics need not be reduced, but we need to promote judicious use and reuse of single-use plastics. If plastic compounds are made more durable and if the general perception of consumers regarding the reuse of plastic and reduced disposal is changed, then the waste plastic problem can be sorted out. However, there are several constraints for proper plastic waste management in India such as proper collection, segregation, and transportation of the discarded plastic material. Increasing public awareness coupled with changes in individual behavior can be an effective way to reduce the environmental repercussions of waste plastics.

Honorable PM Dear Modi, Dron tech is gaining bigger space as such I think we should combine Rotary gasoline engine to give sufficient electricity for electric turbufan with single or multiple turbofan to start a unmanned air craft litter bigger or same size of dron for new warfare . This technology will be better then present drons which have less operating range and flying capabilities... here HAL can support air frame and body , Drdo can support for radar ,Camara, BEL can support for remote controls and networking software , Mahindra can give small high speed rotary engine, 10 kva alternator. Isro can support for space support .. I think this Dron will be best in world with 25000 rpm ternofan with very high speed capabilities... A thought can take a tech further in modern ware fare and border controls through drons and navigate spice blade mini rockets to hunt down individuals with terror activities ..

I am a girl of just 15. When I travelled in a bus ,I noticed one thing. When we pay charge for travelling in bus, the ticket collector gives those tickets in the form of a small piece of paper. After ,using it for a small time, it is thrown away. This method of giving paper is widely used not only in buses ,but also in shops,markets,... If we change this policy,we can save a lot of trees and also our mother earth. Can we adopt any other methods instead using papers. OR we can recycle and reuse those papers by using some effective methods. This will surely decreases the wastage of papers and saves many trees. #LessPapersWillSaveEarth. WHAT'S YOUR OPINION ABOUT THIS IDEA? DO YOU HAVE ANYMORE IDEAS ABOUT REDUCING USE OF PAPERS?

Dear Modiji, today (24/10/2022) Rishi Sunak might be sworn in as the next UK PM. This is a historic moment as 75 years after independence of British rule in India we have a Indian origin practicing Hindu to become a PM(top job of uk) of UK. I would propose that if Rishi Sunak is invited as the foreign guest for next Indian Independence Day celebration it will send a very strong message about the progress of Indian in 75 years. I wish this happens.

Dear Honourable Prime Minister Myself Kiron Ghosh, from Murshidaabad, West Bengal currently a Civil Contractor. I have an confusion for our geographic demand for capitals of States and also the capital of India. I think if our capital can be shifted from delhi to Nagpur that will be much effective geographically. As approximately Nagpur is the almost center of current India and if our capital situated in Central of Our Nation then all types of unwanted activities happened, it can be controlled easily as for the equal distance. And all states can easily accessible if our capital is situated in center point of our nation. As well as we are going for modern India 🇮🇳 and there Capital should be more smarter and specious and non polluted like delhi. So, Our loveable PM sir please keep RND and give us a unwanted pleasure as you had several times given in past. Thank You Kiron Ghosh An Indian

RBI can control over closing / opening of new banks/ branches , implementation of various govt approved schemes, maintaiaince of various data .In RBI all staff officers including clerk should be have working experience in bank. The recruitment in RBI should be taken from the employees of banking sector. In present scenario , the RBI staff is not having any banking exposure and they are involved in controlling of banking sector.

Regarding improvement in banking services to Customers: There should be one centre bank like RBI who should decide various loan schemes with same ROI , CHRAGES, deposit schemes with same ROI, investment schemes etc. All these schemes should be publicize by the RBI .There should not be any separate scheme which will be separately launched by any individual bank. If any bank wish to device separate scheme , then this bank should discuss with RBI and after its approval , it should be launched for particular one bank for min one year , thereafter considering the results it should be universally applied for all bank. Also the bank which has devised that scheme will carry separate feature through the application of that scheme like concession in ROI, CHARGES etc To avail the benefits of various schemes of RBI , the customer will have choice of various bank who will give best services to customers . There will be competition among the all banks to attract customer
