India has the largest Youth population in the world. This demographic dividend, in the light of its impact on work participation and dependency ratios, is a window of opportunity in terms of the growth and development of our country, an opportunity which would need to be seized before the window closes.

To optimally tap the constructive and creative energies of the youth, the Department of Youth Affairs pursues the twin objectives of personality-building and nation-building, that is, developing the personalities of youth and involving them in various nation-building activities.

Young people's training, education, and skills are among our society's most valuable resources, and they are inextricably linked to dealing with the complex problems of the future. Exceptionally skilled youth have a profound impact on the economy and society of a country and change the way we work, communicate; engage in developmental and social activities. They also drive innovation in many different spheres of life.

No wonder there is a very strong correlation between education & skills and innovation & invention and thereby development in various spheres of life. To achieve this, the focus needs to be directed toward the recognition and promotion of children's creativity, with the aim of a continuous strengthening and development among youth and adolescents.

The Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India is hosting a discussion/invite suggestions on MyGov for a period of one month with the youth (15-29 years) of the country having exceptional skills of invention and innovation. The received inputs will be reviewed by the relevant Ministry/Department, and the entries will be shortlisted. The youth, whose entries have been shortlisted, may be asked to provide a detailed presentation of their ideas in a national-level workshop, either physically or virtually.

i m sneha verma acc. to me some problems are- # road accident with animals. we need proper boundary along sides the roads. #potholes in roads i think we have have to find the solutions from the plastic garbage because this is too harmful for our environment and its excess in our surrounding. we have to find some alternatives to decrease our pollution but if not then we may use that garbage like roads made by plastic garbage. some small structure in roads made by plastics like boundry, ditch cove, and some arrangements of eucalyptus plant . what do u think about that ? is it valuable or not?

I am a girl of just 15. When i travelled in a bus ,I noticed one thing. When we pay charge for travelling in bus, the ticket collector gives those tickets in the form of a small piece of paper. After ,using it for a small time, it is thrown away. This method of giving paper is widely used not only in buses ,but also in shops,markets,... If we change this policy,we can save a lot of trees and also our mother earth. Can we adopt any other methods instead using papers. OR we can recycle and reuse those papers by using some effective methods. This will surely decreases the wastage of papers and saves many trees. #LessPapersWillSaveEarth. WHAT'S YOUR OPINION ABOUT THIS IDEA? DO YOU HAVE ANYMORE IDEAS ABOUT REDUCING USE OF PAPERS?

I think there also should be pictures of other freedom fighter on the rupee notes and coins as they were also important members to give India freedom. You have printed different historical sites on back of the rupee notes so why not print other freedom fighter ? other countries are already doing this then why not us ? there is no need to ban previous notes just print other freedom fighter on the same note instead of Gandi ji. Gandi ji also played an important role in giving India freedom so did others. thank you

Sir, one of my request you don't treat a peoples like rich and poor. And According to education as well as the Government jobs you should help only the economically poor people. You should not help the people in caste wise. And you give the opportunity for all the youngsters who have a talent in specific topics. In Schools and colleges as well as the society all students are treated equally. And should treat the students in gender wise.

sir please don't create a divident rule between rich and poor. nowadays what is the purpose between cast reserved category and cast depending lowering marks? you have to only help economically weak candidates. is there proper implementation EWS category in education? no. poor people as a good student parents who are not not having any work they don't have EWS category facility or card because they can't afford to oiling higher authority and struggle own life. Reserved not means 50 % grade lowering bentch mark student take in good college,it should not the law . it's purposefully implement for political purposes of gains. better education and health system only takes meritorious student.govt purposely divide religion and cast in between students clg and services. religion is only parts our heart. govt only have to help economically challenged person, u have to find those persons. govt makes rich to richer and poor to poorest such irrelevant cast system, u have to choose one meritorious

particularly you draw a line between serviceman and contractual. if there no job is permanent even in army then previous 50yrs teacher, doctor, army each and every profession take promise they can't progress their job as 65 yrs and above they should resign immediately and yes their experience give knowledge free to us as youth. why you only burden upon youth candidates? freshers doctor / dentist going 6 months contractual service, what is the purpose of this health care system? it's required to experience 3yrs minimum to handle patient safely but they have 6months only in hand , then go round and round another 6month contractual service. Is it safe for us good health care system? Is this merry go round? youth are totally depressed because such kind rule are coming. all professions are not same as contractual process. govt don't implement educated youth in service proper way. why they unemployed several months and years(MBBS/BDS)? india doesn't have lack of doctors.give job youth pleas
