India has the largest Youth population in the world. This demographic dividend, in the light of its impact on work participation and dependency ratios, is a window of opportunity in terms of the growth and development of our country, an opportunity which would need to be seized before the window closes.

To optimally tap the constructive and creative energies of the youth, the Department of Youth Affairs pursues the twin objectives of personality-building and nation-building, that is, developing the personalities of youth and involving them in various nation-building activities.

Young people's training, education, and skills are among our society's most valuable resources, and they are inextricably linked to dealing with the complex problems of the future. Exceptionally skilled youth have a profound impact on the economy and society of a country and change the way we work, communicate; engage in developmental and social activities. They also drive innovation in many different spheres of life.

No wonder there is a very strong correlation between education & skills and innovation & invention and thereby development in various spheres of life. To achieve this, the focus needs to be directed toward the recognition and promotion of children's creativity, with the aim of a continuous strengthening and development among youth and adolescents.

The Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India is hosting a discussion/invite suggestions on MyGov for a period of one month with the youth (15-29 years) of the country having exceptional skills of invention and innovation. The received inputs will be reviewed by the relevant Ministry/Department, and the entries will be shortlisted. The youth, whose entries have been shortlisted, may be asked to provide a detailed presentation of their ideas in a national-level workshop, either physically or virtually.

Dear Modi Ji, There seems to be challenges for citizens to get caste certificate from the government. I think it is time that the caste certificate across India has to be digitised and should be automatically issued without an interface to the government. If a common man interfaces to any government service (state/central) which requires caste certificate to apply for schemes or reservations then the onus should be with the government to know what caste the applicant is and whether they are eligible rather than the applicant producing the caste certificate. I read today in news that a 40+ year man burned himself for not able to get a caste certificate in tamilnadu. This problem should be solvable by attaching individual’s caste to aadhar. This is so after a generation aadhar could easily deduce the caste of a new born from the aadhaar details of the baby’s mother or father when registering the birth. Cerificates like Birth, death, caste, education has to be digitised.

For eg in shikharji/madhuban/parsanath located in Jharkhand, you can see children's begging and they think it's their work to beg, the way they fight among them, the way they change tactics in begging, they have become pro at it. But we don't need these neither they. But all they have seen is begging, lies , stealing and their mind is being conditioned in that way and it's high time we change it otherwise we will loose out future. Then what we will do of all these buildings. Please think about it seriously I ask with folded hands to do so. As we commoners can't approach leaders or saints in these places with these ideas but gov can do so if they want to. And trust me if it's works it will work wonders.

I have shared the same views in my gov idea box. We should build schools in religious or pilgrim places. I have seen huge number of children's begging there , you can find them everywhere. Where we as a society is failing today will be the biggest catastrophe for us in future. Our young minds conditioning is being done in a very poor way and the time is now to correct them. We don't need more lavish temples with 1000 crores budget what we need is a school for these kids, meals for them. We should also provide them work as I have seen in these places there is lots of things which can be done and doing these jobs will condition there mind that we shouldn't beg even if it's easy but we should work and live life respectfully, We shouldn't steal, beg , or lie rather than live life with values and morals. They are our future, and the way they are being brought up is really catastrophic. I beg our gov and education ministers to get in touch with these places, trusts there and do the needful.

Please talk about the expansion of digital payments in Varanasi area. I have a very strong blueprint regarding expansion of digital payment in Varanasi area by which it is spread to local people as well as religious pilgrims who are coming to Varanasi.
