To become a father of children is too easy but not to become a good daddy as the same apply in mentoring as well. We have to build the next generation of the land in a manner that they could learn how to accept the defeat and realise the meaning of defeat at tender age.Today we are lacking with two major steps to accommodate a dignified future with self, which never fails. Sporting activities are vanishing day after day and sprawling campuses were not able to attract the majority of teen ages.

Shriram..
Knows being eldest son he is legal heir to throne
Also knows , Dashrath marries Kakeyi on pre condition and promise राज्यशुल्क made to her mother that a son born to kaikeyi would be his legal successor to throne.
Shriram realises blinded by love for him, his father Dashrath , not Kaikeyi , is at fault.
He upholds his moral duty as son to honour promise made by his father to kaikey's mother.
प्राण जाय पर वचन न जाई !
Sourse. Dr.Dinbandhu Pandey. Ram ka Vanvas ,karan kaikeyi Nahi.

The three categories of techers.
1- Teacher
2-coach
3- mentor
and we can say
teacher + coach + guide + modification behaviourer = mentor
so mentor is the broad concept.
in my point of view mentor is the must of every child and ongoing every work.
