School Curriculum content should be reduced in every subject to its core essentials, to make space for critical thinking and more holistic, inquiry-based, discovery-based, discussion-based, and analysis-based learning.

Mentoring for Life.
To mould ' Aadmi ' into ' Insan '
' Pashu ' into ' Manushy'
To put concept of ' Pursharth ' - Dharma, Arth, Kam Moksha' into practice.
Dharma - a path of ethics, justice , morality
Path to travel , Means to achieve Arth ( lively hood , Kam ( Fulfillment of Desires )to lead to goal of Moksha' ( Contentment , inner tranquility )
Svarth and Parmarth go hand in hand.
Conviction that what is ethically wrong cannot be be legally right.
Every child is born pure, innocent.

when root is strong the tree can withstand any natural calamities. this is guru who teaches their disciples with utmost care. some may be weak, some may be bad behaviour by birth, some may be good in some fields, the guru asses the students their weakness & capabilities teach them in such a way that channel them, guide them with love & affection. no punishment. the lesson should go to mind & understand the concept, get knowledge with out force. disciples follow in this whole life. like Sri Rama

This idea is good but this mission should be coupled with "sarva shiksha abhiyan" & other mission of MHRD so that operating cost could be reduced, further just passing of knowledge, experience between two individuals will be not enough but it should be also on paper, written, digital document/record so that other could also benefits from such disclosures. We should make lecturers compulsory in college by experienced dignitaries of related industry.

If you wish to engage retired people, please for God’s sake restrict them to share their experiences and how to manoeuvre in tricky situations. Please don’t depend much on them as the time is changing pretty fast and they are mostly obsolete as far using technology is concerned. Secondly their selection must be very diligent to keep the corrupt playing their second inning.
