Sir, india is having numerous brightest elite institutions having very good facilities & selected best learners but still we can not produce many nobel winning scholars like USA universities. why so??? Can we find out solutions to this possibilities winning nobel by doing research in india?? The much needed solution is in our process of learning. Administrators, mentors & mentees in USA academic circles put their efforts without any glitches by sharing & structuring researches in equal footing..

Mostly student in india do not need mentor. Student need motivation and inspiration from other student who get highest mark.
Student who get highest mark in school can give speech about their study methods and life style in school in assembly hall. They can give answer to question of students.
Those student get highest mark in board exam, or in any competitive exam should prepare video about their study style and life style.

Sir, there r two mentors assigned to educate lord Ram & his siblings by King Dasharath the adminstrator in Ramayan. Mentor Vashisht & Vishwamitra had developed all-round personalities of Lord Ram & his brothers. Those mentors r not plagarizing & copy posting, they r unique & rationalising past knowledge with present & imparting life lessons, now we see our enlightened masters want to hold onto their masteries to get paid by power & prestige till death. Masters must hand over legacy gracefully.tk
