As per the recommendations made in NEP 2020, a set of standards has been developed to ensure that all students at all levels of school education are taught by passionate, motivated, highly qualified, professionally trained, and well-equipped teachers. National Professional Standard for Teachers(NPST) would help in determining the attributes of the teachers at different levels of career pathways. In addition to this, NPST focuses on preparations, practice and performance improvement of all teachers. The standards and related policies are in line with the fundamental principles given in the NEP 2020 to provide high quality education to all. NCTE was mandated by the Ministry to formulate a guiding document and platform for operationalizing NPST.

National Professional Standard for Teachers (NPST) will monitor the design of pre-service teacher education program. This could be then adopted by states and determine all aspects of teacher career management, including tenure, professional development efforts, salary increases, promotions, and other recognitions.

In this regard, a draft document on NPST has been developed by NCTE after incorporating ideas and suggestions received from experts of various domains. The draft document has been released on November 17, 2021 to invite the suggestions and feedback from all stakeholders.

राष्ट्रीय अनुदान आयोग विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अनिका योग शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधार के लिए उच्च शिक्षा को बेहतर सर्वश्रेष्ठ करने के लिए बनाए गए हैं लेकिन उनका किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी रोल कॉल भूमिका सुधार विकास के लिए नजर ही नहीं आती है तो फिर उनके बनवाने का होने का मतलब क्या अर्थ क्या तात्पर्य क्या है ना कि इस मामले में समस्या का समाधान न कठिनाई का निराकरण तो फिर गुणवत्ता विकास कैसे होगा समस्या समाधान के कैसे होगा जब भ्रष्टाचार करप्शन केंद्र राज्य मुख्यालय पर ही देखने मीडिया में आता है सलूशन क्य

शिक्षकों की योग्यता जब तक समझा शिक्षकों की एबिलिटी कैपेसिटी कैपेबिलिटी चेक करने से पहले जो वहां पर बैठे हुए अधिकारी कर्मचारी है जो प्रथम श्रेणी के हैं उन लोगों की चेक करें जांच पड़ताल करें क्योंकि बेसिक बुनियादी रूप से भ्रष्टाचार करप्शन होगी लोग करते हैं अपने पहले उनकी इन्वेस्टिगेशन कराएं और बाएं ऊपर के आधारभूत बुनियादी केंद्र और राज्य की राजधानी में बैठे हुए लोग ही पोस्ट करते रहेंगे तो फिर किसी भी तरह का कोई भी ट्रेनिंग प्रशिक्षण कभी चालू होने वाला है और ना ही जो है किसी भी तरह की मैनेजमेंट अरे

जिन फेस्टक्रिफ्ट अधिकारियों की नीयत साफ नहीं है वह देख मानी पर उतरे रहते हैं वह दो रे चाल बगुला व्यक्तित्व बनाते हैं और जो है आस्तीन के सांप जैसे जो है केंद्र और राज्य सरकार को धोखा देते रहते हैं ऐसे लोगों की वजह से ही भाजपा की चुनाव में भारी हार होती है और उसके सांसद विधायक मंत्री निरंतर लगातार कम होते चले जाते हैं ऐसे लोगों की जान पहचान कर ऐसे लोगों को बर्खास्त कर जेल भेजना चाहिए और तत्काल यह कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित हो तो संघ भाजपा को बहुत बड़ा फायदा लाभ हो सकता है और शासन अनेक वर्षों तक कायम रह सक

R/Sir 1) Detailed information about the achievements of Teachers who have won the national awards should be shared on web platform so that same could be emulated by others. 2) The process for selection can be started from 10 th May. As some time is required at State level for presentation/Interaction this is necessary. 3) Enrolmenent at SWAYAM may be changed to participation at SWAYAM/WEB SEMINAR/Summer Camps.
