As per the recommendations made in NEP 2020, a set of standards has been developed to ensure that all students at all levels of school education are taught by passionate, motivated, highly qualified, professionally trained, and well-equipped teachers. National Professional Standard for Teachers(NPST) would help in determining the attributes of the teachers at different levels of career pathways. In addition to this, NPST focuses on preparations, practice and performance improvement of all teachers. The standards and related policies are in line with the fundamental principles given in the NEP 2020 to provide high quality education to all. NCTE was mandated by the Ministry to formulate a guiding document and platform for operationalizing NPST.

National Professional Standard for Teachers (NPST) will monitor the design of pre-service teacher education program. This could be then adopted by states and determine all aspects of teacher career management, including tenure, professional development efforts, salary increases, promotions, and other recognitions.

In this regard, a draft document on NPST has been developed by NCTE after incorporating ideas and suggestions received from experts of various domains. The draft document has been released on November 17, 2021 to invite the suggestions and feedback from all stakeholders.

Students couldn't understand their interest and they choose different subjects for higher education so practical , innovative projects should be necessary. Indian great history which attracted foreigners & aggressors should be there in our curriculum. संस्कृत , संस्कृति और संस्कार सबसे बड़ी जरूरत है आजके भारत में, पारिवारिक, सामाजिक और राष्ट्रीय भावना की बढ़ोतरी अपेक्षित है, भारतीय प्राचीन शिक्षा गुरुकुल की ओर लौटो मेरा अंतिम संस्कार उधारकर्ता का उदाहरणार्थ सुझाव है!

Language I mean mother tongue should be there for learning . Sanskrit / Hindi / English must be there in primary level for everyone. More practical classes and less theories upto class 10. State boundaries in any context should be restricted and state board must be considered as per Central ones. State teacher selection process also comes under CTET . Salary must be higher in primary levels too.The best performers in every field are the best examples of teachers they should interact with studen

Teaching is always a great opportunity to meet with future generations.isn't it? Every teacher literate so many generations. So teachers must be E-literated to make sure the future generations as they are. Here I am attaching a video link of myself,how to teach with power point presentation with more effect on students in classroom situation.I request to implement thorough training must be given to the teaching community to do better for generations.world class teachers must be more in India

I think my gov team make little bit difficult 2reach up2 change maker level cause 2increse ideas/value/credibility of app even if we put dot on screen it will be consider in written form &post submition up2 10 in all how many gives suggestions seriously truely/honestly/genuinely जिनको सचमे suggestions देने है वो race कि फिक्र शायद ना भी करें पर जिनको आना है वो तो केसे भी आऐगे-on soc/media मुझे लगता है अगर हम कमरा पुरा pack करें थोड़ी हवा न आए इसलिए पर छोटी-सी फट से भी हवा आऐगिही

All things in the NPST is excellent and should be implemented in the NEP.Some teachers may not be interested in this NPST.Without interest they can't do anything.So such teachers may be given VRS.Further some non BJP States may not cooperate in the implementation.The Central Government should give uniform instructions to all states, to follow the NPST without any modifications.

Hon'ble Prime Minister the appointment of teachers under reservation quota policy will not solve the NEP 2020 guide for efficient brilliant education to students.The high scorer alone can give good education on the other hand the average scorer under quota policy never give good education.The standared of teaching will be low when compared to private schools teaching. Practically we see nowadays the pvt schools are topping in the public examinations.Hence the talented test should be common.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji the NEP 2020 clearly describes that the teachers should be highly qualified passionate experenced in teaching to promote the students in their respective education. in order to standardized the teacher's qualification the newly appointed teachers must put forth a compulsory training in how to teach the students effectively. There should be common test for all teachers without any reservation/quota .The appointment should be made those who got high rank

All points drafted in National Professional Standards for Teachers (NPST) are fine and need to be implemented seriously. It seems India is progressing in almost all fields and knowledge with little higher speed. We have talent it needs to be directed in right way, NPST is the wanted guiding path for Teachers to increase their quality, positivity, clarity and creativity of teaching. I feel NPST Draft is nice indeed.

teaching means in simple ways teach as having /being as student r per capasity humming attitude अगर सोचे के - बच्चों को report card दे और उसमे सब जानकारी बच्चा लिखे उसे क्या पसंद है जो है वो‌क्यू है और जो subject पसंद नहीं वो क्यूं नहीं ऐ सब parents से मिलकर अगर analysis करें तो बहोत से problem solve हो सकते हैं और कहा ज्यादा highlight करें समझ आता है teachers का भी time save होंगा और बच्चों को भी tentionनही आएगा & exactly हमें कहा energy/time/money waste करना चाहिए समझ आएगा
