Swami Vivekananda's Birthday on January 12 is always celebrated as National Youth Day. It is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda, maker of the modern India. It was first declared by the Government of India in the year 1984 to celebrate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda as the National Youth Day. Since then (1985), it is started celebrating as the National Youth Day all over the country.

To undertake activities by the youth on National Youth Day, it has been decided to invite suggestions from youth to indicate the activities which can be undertaken on that day.

Last date to submit your suggestions is 15th November, 2016

Biggest problem of Indian youth is forcefull imposition of foreign English language at all level of life. Students coming from villages in cities to study Btech in English, which they do understand at all, then they go through interviews in search of jobs.All govt & private institutions take interview in English language no matter whoever the student is, that at first hand flush out candidates from villages,regardless how intelligent they are. This longest violation of human right must change.

ask youth to give their 1 day for nation by educate people to use toilets for healthy india,make task for urban and rural in a day,give them task to monitor 1 town or their near by place and educate people to build toilets & use only toilets

Sir, please ensure that enemies whether political or ideological or those of country's enemies don't unite showing that demonitization is causing common man problems at banks or atms.Also you need be sure that you not rely entirely on banks and post offices entirely. Search for best alternatives,such that common man does not rely completely on mercy of bank employee or listen to hear that currency notes have got finished.Please also keep people inspiring working under you or public against evil.

Vivekananda was the young saint who not only taught us about the character building but set a valuable parameters for the spiritual upliftment.

i wish more youths to be enrolled in democracy by inviting them in electoral works ,since many youth voters still face voting issues.also removal of caste based education and jobs should be must

start to awards to motivate youth of all sector. But this award should be special like Bharatratna. Don't spend too much money on awards or any new idea because we need sharp mind with peace. we don't need temporary solution to motivate to youth.
