The time given to every agency/ police/ government official/ institution to investigate and establish the veracity of all Complaints of violence against women must be specified and binding. Any exemption is to be approved by DM/ equivalent or higher level officer. The punishment must also be stringent and timings to award the same to be made binding on the various levels of courts, depending on sections of CrPC that the accused is charged

India has always respected & worshipped women for all her forms.It is the negative social traits attributed to poverty that haunts the nation.Poverty is the worst discease but cannot be an excuse today at a time when India is creating opportunities for women.Again,liberty is a responsibility and primary education is the bedrock.Irresponsible behavior is not an excuse for adverse events,always handheld,self & general awarenes is pertinent knowledge to character building.Rules are the same,nature.

Involvement of the judiciary is also important ....Most crimes against women start at home ....prime example is of financial crimes ....denying right to women in ancestral property etc ....speedy addressal of law suits filed by women .... especially female senior citizens.
