In continuing my thoughts, no rules can change situations until half gentry decide to give other half a respect and care for our social life too.I usually say "sir tiffin and bottle which ur wife put in ur car,we prepair it ourself for us and in evening same repeats"After a long tough day at work place same exploit at home.Don't worry about empowerment , just let us show our full skill and we will be empowered. Thanku sir

Sir, laws without backing of force & force without backing of laws r useless & implementation is impossible one. so it's time to educate all stakeholders for mutual respect showing, nurtured & educated to respect each other in all aspects of life. Female child education should be a top priority for govt and how a woman would be self sustaining financially in the walk of life & living so that she can be counted as equal contributor to the development happening to society for nation building amust

This is a exact platform to break the silence against voilance for us.After 74 years of independance and more then 20 years professional life,I feel lack of sensitive atmosphere for us in working place.Till today our experience and skill are kept a site by male officials who always do dominate behavior and make us feel shameful with comments on our efficiency. They withdraw us from important posts and use their इफेक्ट to keep silent. I am writing this with wet eyes that we need equally only.

When we function from our highest identity as Gods Mind, Gods values, Gods expression, Gods light, Gods unconditional love, Gods transmitter, Gods creativity, Gods prayer, Gods Wheel of Fortune, from the core of Cosmic Conference all violence would stop as we grow in awareness and leadership consciousness and resonate with blue spectrum of infinity and shift to violet spectrum of bright light Tej Prakash.
From So Ham I Am That I Am to Who Am I in this existence.

Sir, so National commission for women was advocated to check violence & injustice to women & bring culprits to the fold of justice mechanism to deter them for committing heinous crime against women. But century old orthodox patriarch mentality surfacing sometimes with its ugly face still in our highly sophisticated society with new modern characters & ways. The more we develop outwardly the more we remain same inwardly but time has come to bring all monsters to rule book for punishment sake.
