Further to my earlier comment, From childhood days elimination of descrimination shoul be taught. Thereby every body should know and develop the concept of male and female is same. It should be realised that formation of mother, sister, sister in law, daughter in law, daughter is female.

Violence against women causes on various reasons, we can't say any reasons exactly,it is depending on circumstances.
so in my opinion first-every women has to take care themselves in preventing such offences.
Prevention is better than cure for always.

50% jansankhya mahilaon ki hai, dual career personal aur professional life ka burden hai.physical psychological social sexual har type ka abuse mahilaon ka hota hai, mahilaon ki dayaniya sthiti dekhte huwe padhayi aur naukari me reservation percentage badhana chahiye.financially independent hona zaroori hai agar sahi sense me women empowerment chahiye to.

D.V me mahilayen hi hmesha ghar se beghar hoti hain, ghar ya property ka registration husband aur wife dono ka combined aur compulsory hona chahiye, kuch aise laws bnne chahiye.shelter security is basic need.
Parents ki property equally aur automatically divide aur update honi chahiye daughter aur son me.daughter ke mandatory consent se wo chahe to property na le ya bhai k liye hi chod de.Constitutional Laws bahot hain, property right hai lekin effective nahi hai society ki mindset
