1 SUGGESTION -
1 THE POLICE SHOULD BE PRO ACTIVE IN DEALING WITH CRIME AGAINST WOMEN - AND - NOT WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT / FIR - AND THEN ONLY TAKE ACTION
2 THE POLICE SHOULD PRO ACTIVELY TAKE ACTION WHEN THEY SEE CRIME HAPPENING AROUND ALL OVER - AND - NOT WAIT FOR A - COMPLAINT / FIR - DIAL 100 PHONE CALL
3 BECAUSE BY THEN THE HARM IS ALREADY DONE - AND IT IS TOO LATE - AND - ONLY COURTS AND INQUIRY AND LEGAL PROCESS REMAINS

In today's money minded society, the abusers must be pnalised with heavy fine. So that it burns a hole intheir pocket, heart and brain. It should shake the abuser from inside out.

First of all we should have to live in new world that do not have any dominance.. Male and female are bottwo h sides of coins .. they both should given equality in every fields whether it is educational or career and social and all the life fields and in society .. and govt should have to m more rules to give equality to both genders and have to give protection to both and by making acts against crime in both the gender cases .. we can make our country and world like heaven

Domestic Violence Law across the globe is Gender Neutral. Why NCW stops making it becoming Gender Neutral in India?
The bias you try to "show" is not proven data (or rather a biased data), and for that, you make laws biased on PAPER.
Referring Gandhiji (assuming that your statement of gender based violence is true - THOUGH IT IS A FEMINIST HOAX):
An eye for an eye makes the world blind
So, a Gender Biased Law for an alleged Gender Based Violence will make everyone VIOLENT.
