I strongly recommend minimum walking time of 60 minutes for all the individuals. Many Companies are providing car to their employees.Employees become so lazy that for traveling 500 meters, they're using car.It should be strictly avoided. Those who are using Cars but consuming minimum fuel should be appreciated , recognised and encouraged . Those having health issues should be only kept out of this purview.

Respected and honourable , Prime minister of india. As my suggestion on the fit india is that it is a very powerful and successful mission toward the indian citizens but now a this time all time table was disturbing and all citizens became lazy so , take an action toward this. Finland could be good case-study.FINRISK-calculator can be implemented.Retired physicians should be invited at public gatherings/school to share their views.Weighing machines at each school should be given and students should be taught about right weight per height ratio. Fittest students and physically most improved students should be awarded.Age level sports competition, campaigns on yoga/pranayam/exercise and control of use of harmful drugs should be given priority."The fit is superhit:slogan"

India is leading jn the world in non-communicable diseases like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and various lifestyle and pollution related diseases. Request you to take urgent action and device an action plan for reducing the burden of non-communicable diseases, as large population, pollution, climate, malnutrition are some of the most common reasons causing these non-communicable diseases. These can be equally or more harmful than Covid-19 and are a major source of deaths every year. Thanks.
