Greetings Prime Minister Sir! I am a 10th grade student. In Japan, the best ally to India, students are held back in schools to spend time in Clubs most of which are sport related. Sir, Could we introduce this facility in India too? With special focus on Kabaddi, kho kho and Indian sports? And we shall make it a mandatory for every Indian student to participate in at least 1 sport on the basis of which he/she would be given extra marks in boards! I hope this Suggestion might be a useful one!

Sir. It can be hard to change your eating habits. It helps to focus on small changes. Making changes to your diet may also be beneficial if we have diseases that can be worsened by the things you eat or drink. We should Keep track of our food intake by writing down what we eat and drink every day. This record will help we assess our diet. We will see if you need to eat more or less from certain food groups . We can think about asking for help from a dietitian.

Dear Prime Minister Ji, , both for P and M, Physical FITness and Mental FITness, as the WORD SAYS.....its the THREE aspects.....F for FOOD, I for INDIVIDUAL and T for THOUGHTS....and when we say Individual, its his/her A B C D, ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOR, CHARACTER and DISCIPLINE, with which the INTAKE varies both in FOOD and THOUGHTS, reflects as results. And like Your GLOBAL Influencing of YOGA, I wish FIT INDIA DIALOGUE Initiative, a GREAT SUCCESS.

Nutrition, Hindu way of life and frugal habits should be part of curriculum. Fit India should be made a permanent feature of school system. Data analytics should be used to monitor the health of students by maintaining their health data. Statistical tools, data analytics and preventive medicine and Ayurveda should be constant interventionist arms to keep a result oriented fit India campaign going

Can we start giving incentives for fitness goals based on age group and gender. It can be integrated with MyGov app also and target achievements at local, regional and national levels can be rewarded. Goals keep increasing based on previous achievements and as we move next levels we keep getting extra challenges to accomplish along with goals. People can share selfie or video with their achievements. They can compete against their ideals. Augmented reality can add flavours to the app and goals.
