The Prime Minister said that ‘Fit India Movement’ should become a national goal and its aspiration. In an effort to inspire the nation, the Prime Minister said that Fit India Movement may have been started by the government but it is the people who have to lead it and make it a success.

My Suggestions: 1. Mandatory play hours in school/ college/ universities (2 h /week) 2. Maintaining screen time of College/University students to 4h/ day during online class 3. Maintaining screen time of school students to 2-3 h/day during online class 4. Mandatory fitness test : once /year for College/University students (since most of the irregularities starts at this level)
