अगर घर की महिलाओं को न्यूट्रिशंस के मामले में शिक्षित कर दिया जाए तो हमारा पूरा परिवार ही अपने आप फिट हो जाएगा।

Respected Sir, In my opinion The Fit India programme shuold include compulsory Army training and yoga with meditation in our schools and collages. What we see today is majority of our youths are passing out without any goals. To change this , mental fitness as well as physical fitness is atmost important.

I think Fit India should be physically as well as mentally and emotionally fit. That will be a true celebration for healthy citizens.

Urban bodies and town and country planning departments shall build special yoga parks, sport fields especially for people living in hilly terrains and small towns where people have no such places to involve themselves in any kind of fitness activity. Apart from road and highway constructions we can develop safe cycle tracks alongside and encourage people to commute through bicycles for routine chores. Bicycle has been a popular mode of transport in india from pre independence times.

(in continuaion to the previous 4 postings).Sir, If Suryanamaskarams are practiced daily twice(144+144),in the most classical way, our soldiers at the borders can sustain the chilling cold. In addition, all the qualities of the Sun God as given in the mantras will make every citizen strong, healthy, and honest. Due to practice of Namaz 5times a day the use of spectacles, joint pains, Parkinson's disease etc are rare in Muslims. The made it a part of their religion.

Sir, The FSSAI standards should be revised to promote healthy food because a large part of our fitness depends on the food we eat.
