PCRA is nothing but a dhakosala. No new initiatives by them and dumb people of oil companies are posted there as advisors. If you see petroleum depots, top filling of petroleum in tanker and railway wagons cause huge vapour losses and no proper steps taken. Instead of very good technologies available for vapour recovery very few depots have installed it and wasting countries huge money.

Dear PM
All big industries, govt offices, railway platforms etc roof tops can be converted to capture solar energy, make it mandatory for private firms with 2000sq ft and above sheds to move towards solar, give them tax rebates. Setup a new Solar entity under Power and they start fixing solar panels for industries and billings becomes their returns for investments over a period of 20 yrs. For new industrial plants make it mandatory to have 90% roof covered with solar panels to get approvals

To ease traffic at signals, there are lots of patchy or pot hole roads that makes vehicle movement slow and could pass only 25-30 vehicles. If these pot holes are closed and make the road nice, then the movement of vehicles will be in large numbers which I have seen practically.
Another reason is after signal is green, and crossed there is a bus stop which is also makes pass through only few vehicles.
If these bus stops/stands are shifted to 100-120 Mtrs.away from signal the traffic will eas

The Integrated & Computerized System is needed to avoid at least 75% of "Waiting minutes" in Toll Gates for all over country. It will help to save unexpected amount of Fuel as well as avoid the pollution.

I have an exciting advice for conservation petrol. In cities, Top executives must travel by cycle from house to office and then from office to house. Official work can use vehicles. It has to start first at Govt employee level, then follows private employees. So that most of office work force near by 2-5 km distance will travel by cycle, that will reduce fuel as well as pollution. Of course physical fitness will improve.

Sir, we have to first make sure every house gets electricity with affordable cost. We must use our natural resources, like Gas for transportation vehicles and we have to increase solar energy most suitable alternative to fuel and electricity. Research has to be done for Agricultural water pumps must use Solar energy with affordable or even cheaper than exiting cost. So that, kerosene and diesel imports will come down, our domestic energy usage will goes up with full employment
