To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

Encourage higher educational institutions to have a culture of continuous improvement. A few examples of improvements are faculty development programs, funding opportunities for research and infrastructure development, collaborations with industries and national, state and district institutions. Thank you!

Please consider an independent Accreditation Body with experts from academia, industry, and other relevant domains and also parent and student representatives.

Data-driven analysis would enable evidence-based decision-making during the accreditation process. There should be a technology-driven system for collecting, storing, and analyzing data related to Higher Educational institutions. This system should provide a centralized and secure database that can be accessed by relevant stakeholders. That is my suggestion.

There should be a standardised and transparent evaluation criteria for assessing the performance and quality of Higher Educational Institutions. This criteria should be objective, measurable, and focused on key parameters such as teaching quality, research output, infrastructure, faculty qualifications, student outcomes, and industry collaborations. Thank you!

Sir, After attending the higher education institutions students are supposed to be financially independent.(But many students are jobless or not financially independent even after passing out from higher education institutions). So we can give accredation to higher institutions on the scale of 1 to 5 on the basis how much percentage of students become financially independent within 6 months of passing out. If this works and students are able to employ themselves either in jobs or start ups, it will automatically solve the problem of employment.

" Clouds sampling and identify the molecular science of clouds in the sky. " In this a aeroplane with all chemistry laboratories machine environment in the sky. When we see a clouds the sensors, cameras , spectrophotometer, gas analyzers and humidity measurements and pressure measures instruments all available in Aeroplane. A front door of aeroplane open outside and fresh, black clouds, dusty clouds, smoke clouds, humid clouds are start to enter inside of aeroplane. And atmospheric scientists starts their observation during this experiment. Many time experiment should practice and record all the data. By statistics & data analysis we observe the best observe results about clouds sciences and environmental science. meteorological science.

Priya Modi ji, Education means Gyaan we all know and it's true if the student choose subject like commerce, administration, Judicial, Journalism, teaching etc etc, and after that student gets job he shall write read etc will be his profession so there is very minimum chances of doing practice and reading writing more in this education studies. if students take technical, science, business, Arts etc etc require less studies and more practical and less theoretical in this studies. so what i want to say is studies should be 80% and practical 20% in the first catagory and in second catagory practical should be taught more 80% and theoretical should be less 20%.. example commerce, administrative, teaching, journalism needs theoretically good in his profession and but not in technical, mbbs etc category needs more and more practice, so raise the priorities of the particular categories and should save time of students..
