Hello Sir,
Recently all over the india average
temperature reached at 40- 42C.
To reduce this global warming
effect and to avoid future rise in the temperature ( 50-60 C) can we not perform following east steps.
1) Environment ministry of respective state should ask the municipality to
plant a big trees on both sides of the road and it must be a compulsive task.
2) All new buildings which are getting constructed in the cities should have solar panels and some space in the building to plant the big trees.
3) Create a policy which will inforce the people to convert their existing petrol/diesel vehicles in to electric one. Also we should make it mendatory for the
housing society to kepp charging points for the EV in the building.
3) Start conversion of existing petrol pumps into EV stations by reducing production of petrol and diesel.
4) Kepp some reserve forest area in all cities.
5) Ban plastic production as much possible.
Thanks.

Higher education institutions are accredited in order to get their quality marked in the academic domain of the country. The present day accreditation process has become more or less a show off rather than a systematic process. Currently, it says there is an online assessment and then a direct assessment to fix the grade of quality of academics in institutions. Once in five year based processing will result partial in partial assessment. My suggestion as follows: 1. Annual assessment of educational institutions by trained qualified persons which can include assistant professors ( the person who does the assessment should be well trained with integrity) 2. Intermediate assessment in between 2nd third year by associate professors and industry/ establishments with reputation 3. Special assessment on critical features, if needed by persons with eminence and experience ( he/ she should not be a teacher) . 4. Then the terminal assessment by reputed academicians. All 1 day assessment only

first of all steps should be taken to reduce the extra burden of organising and managing activities of a academy on teachers, there should be staff to look after it so that teacher can focus on teaching
syllabus and books are upgrading but teachers doesn't have appropriate material to explain concepts. Therefore they should provide smart boards, images, videos, documentary and pdfs. this would increase the interest of students attending lectures, reduce rote learning and concept building
institutions should organise trip of students to nurseries factories, government departments etc periodically for their better understanding of things, concepts down to earth, they will learn from the experiences of the workers

In higher education the talented teachers have to recruit irrespective of caste. The selection should only be the written examination, interview , the class demo, the attitude and behaviour, positive mind set , right approach towards national development and growth. The selection should not be based on reservation criteria. Teacher means teacher only not caste. They are national builder. We need the best out of best. We all are Indian by caste, by religion , by blood , by everything. The caste system has to remove from our system. If anybody is poor then government will take care of them till his or her education but what ever the amount spend by government for his development though out ,has to be repay by that person when he/ she settles in installments. So that that amount again be used for other needy people.

Probably the higher education sector of India would be the biggest in the world. It is mega massive that, many of the quality assurance mechanism do not function effectively and efficiently. One of the academic functions that has been a failure is the public / university external examination valuation system. Teachers are burdened with valuation duties more often that they even loose control over the teaching. As a solution, I recommend setting up of a start-up company in higher education institutions for effective, efficient and fast examination answer papervaluation. Retired teachers can be the valuation experts employed by the Examination Valuation Company.
