To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

Kindly consider the below 1. NEET for Engineering. Proposal open since 2011. 2. Ending Reservation system from Education. Let all compete and earn their seat. 3. Market based syllabus. Mostly outdated syllabus are taught in education institutions. I am talking about state level institutions and not IIT. 4. Make 1 year apprenticeship mandatory for all courses.

1. Finish casteism, corruption and nepotism in higher education institutes which has patronage/support from top. Eg. IIT, NIT too. 2. Ensure fair and transparent regulatory bodies. 3. Let the higher education institutes be autonomous and not for implementing govt. schools. 5. Ensure fair recruitment and admission at PG and Ph.D. level in IIT, NIT not based on links, casteism. 6. Govt. employees, All India Services and staff have conflict of interest due to presence in private schools and colleges. No one including officiers like to study their child in govt. schools. Will such people/authorities will let good higher educational institutes maintain their level. 7. No institute in India is in top 10 in global rankings including IIT. The situation will remain as it is, if reforms are not initiated at the bureaucracy level. 8. Cabinet Secy. wife is head in Sanskriti school, New Delhi. How can the global standards of govt. educational institutes be attained in such scenarios?

Hello Sir 🙏🙏 I amThe student of Graduation 2nd year from simple college rather than lavish or popular college or university whose name are enough to describe it. In my 2 year college period I saw the difference between the popular or unpopular college difference like the environment of college campus and other things. I think you may be focus on those college which are located in rural area or those which are not popular - there development for better campus environment, Availability of teachers, College development for better education, Ensuring full Attendance Of students.

MAKE MEDICAL PROFESSION NON-REMUNERATIVE Excesses in prescriptions as for medicines, various tests and scans, keeping a patient a patient for ever for a constant sourse of income, performing surgery on a healthy organ instead of the infected organ, procedure done on left leg instead of on right leg, keeping a patient in ICU for days even after the death etc.are all seen reported in the media since for a long time. Shockingly, they are ever on an increase. These point to the incompetancy and money grabbing attitude prevalent highly in the field. There are exceptions, of course, but the general public are not in a position to recognise them. It seems that the health care system needs a thorough and all inclusive cleaning up process urgently. To achive this, only persons of exemplarary character and purity of mind willing to serve selflessly not focusing on remunerative gains alone need to be inducted into the field of medical profession. One of the steps to consider in
